I have been a customer for 5 years, this location has the worst staff and management I’ve ever encountered. My move out date was 11/15/2024 not 12/17/2024!!!

I was given a 2nd floor 10x10 unit and couldn’t fit the furniture for said unit into the elevator because they were so small. We had to carry a super heavy couch up the stairs with no room to move making it super difficult. Makes no sense that the elevators were not made to fit common pieces of furniture!!!

I left my unit unlocked one time and they notified me within hours. The manager was always pleasant and very helpful when I needed something. Best storage experience!

When I did have to visit the office (to renew for another year (pay for 12, get 13)) John or his staff were efficient and friendly. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because I never give 5 stars to anyone or anything. UHAUL should be very proud of this location.
