Excellent experience from the renting process for a uhaul rental down to the storage rental experience. Excellent and friendly staff who communicates effectively etc.
Deshea S | Overall ExperienceI rented a storage unit from this location and everything seemed good at first. The access pads would not work properly to get into storage unit. A staff member tried to help but did not succeed so we could only access during office hours the last month. We moved into a new residence and went to get some necessities from our unit to stay out first night but the only door out code worked at was the restroom. We had to go to Walmart and spend almost 200.00 to get us through our first night at our new home all because U-Haul failed to maintain their system. The employee told us we would receive a credit back for our inconvenience but that never happened. Since our code did not work even with him trying, he gave us his code to access to remove our belongings. Even that code was was an embarrassment to U-Haul if they knew about it. I do not recommend as this facility and its employees are below par and on top of it, they do not keep their word to their customers
jamerson m | Overall ExperienceThere was only one heavy set black girl in office who was always rude and every time we would go in to office she was always feeding her face. Oh and she liked to hang up on people too. The rest of staff was excellent.
