I was told when I spoke on the phone to the guy checking me out that I would have an open ended return and I could return to any local Uhaul in my area. I mapped the closest one and when I arrived, the lady turned me away. I had to try to back the huge truck and trailer out of her entrance to find another location. VERY FRUSTRATING!

I rented a small truck for less than 48 hours. I drove the truck just 21 miles. Before returning the truck I put $5.00 worth of gas into the tank @ $2.39 per gallon, just over 2 gallons. When I returned the truck I parked and went inside. I was asked where I parked. I was instructed to park under the blue canopy. I looked outside and saw two trucks there leaving no room for mine. I was instructed to get in line. I did and went inside, out of the Florida sun, to wait. I was told to stand by the truck. There was nobody out there. Finally, after a long wait with 3 other customers trying to return rentals, I was approached by the person who checks the trucks back in. He said I needed to go get some gas in it. I explained that I just put some in; more than enough to drive 21 miles. He said the gauge did not show that I had fueled. He said I would be charged $21.00 for fuel to go 21 miles!!!!??? By then there were trucks behind me with their drivers inside the building, out of the sun. And I would have put even more miles driving to refuel again. Common sense dictates that it doesn't take one gallon per mile. Common sense and experience allow that gas gauges are not accurate to the nth degree. Stupidity is following a 'policy' that is obviously flawed. The policy to charge more for fuel than is reasonable is one impossible to defend. I want $21.20 refunded to my credit card. I will accept nothing less. A customer service number should have been provided so that I could explain to a reasonable representative the issue that I have described here.

1) After hours drop off did not work; "could not recognize/find location" 2) Truck was left on lot; keys put in dropbox 3) Received call that truck WAS NOT returned; that I would be charged for additional days; threatened with fines and prosecution 4) Called 2Xs; asked to be forwarded to escalation; no response 5) Charges being disputed

This has been my go to location for uhaul and have rented from here several times. This time the guy was rude, and not very professional at all. I asked for a 20' truck, and had seen the keys to several 20' trucks hanging and the worker explained there was not any available, which I understand, but they were available online. And I asked well if I book online he rudely explained that I would need to return it by noon (2hrs later). I found this very frustrating and very unprofessional, not to mention their hats, and wearing them backwards and the lack of work they were doing. If this was my business, it wouldnt be ran this poorly and I'd have a little more pride in my work.

Rating at Truck pickup Location at 9:00 am should be “poor.” Employee handling rental was not knowledgeable of process. [He appeared to be the yard guy trying to fill in for the center being short staffed] . I was NOT given any paperwork, rented dolly was NOT in truck and most importantly truck was on empty with message on odometer saying “two miles to empty.” Later, after I put 39 gallons of gas in the truck, I was emailed the contract and I noticed the mileage noted was 631 miles LESS that what was on the odometer. I rated this center at “below average” rather than “poor” because there is no way they could possibly be in business if everyone was handled this way....AND because when I went back later in the day I was greeted by Cameron (who was not on duty earlier in the day). I showed Cameron a picture of the odometer and he took care of correcting all of the issues. (I.e. odometer discrepancy, empty gas tank, dolly etc) In fairness to the center, I’ll chalk this off to a “one off” situation (I learned later that the computer was down) but even if the computer was really down it’s no excuse for the errors that occurred.

They asked if we ordered the moving pads, we said yes because we paid for them. They put the trailer on our vehicle and said the pads were inside and walked away. The pads weren't there. When you try to call this actual location good luck because they rarely answer. Worst Uhaul place!

The 26 foot truck we rented to move 567 miles had poor steering. To much play in steering wheel and barely made it up here. Will never rent from again and the price was ridiculous. Will never refer a friend ever again. Uhaul has screwed up for the last time with me.

Everything about the experience was great except a working when checking me in place insurance on my contract. This, when I first refused the insurance when booking the rental on line, and again when setting across from him. When asking him to remove, he explained the difficulty and that I needed to do this and that. After a stern conversation he promised to take care of the matter.

I dropped off the uhual around 10am. The drop off was backed up, one of the workers told me to park it in front of the store. I did. I come home hours later getting an email saying I dropped it off at 12 and im getting charged double. I need this fixed.
