I arrived at the drop off station at 4.30pm and had to wait for over 90 minutes because the Manager Mike Hovencamp tried to service 4 people at the same time.He did not impress me with the service.He at first registered me for 2 storage spaces; forgot to give me the key to them; he apologized for not telling me that I had to buy to locks; said that the location closed at 7pm; that I have to pay extra for the next day etc etc.He really made me mad with all the push around. After unloading the truck at 7.45pm, I called hm about handing in the keys.He said that I have to go on line and follow the prompt.I am 82 years old and don't know anything much about computer. When I told him this, he said" You have to do it on the APP if not I will be charged $20 as next day delivery. He was not helpful at all. I then call Mr Gerald Robinson-202,710-4022,Marketing Manager.He was most helpful.He was courteous,& understanding.He said "DON'T WORRY I WILL TAKE CARE OF IT TOMORROW." I then put the key in the lock box. Mr Robinson help me tremendously from the beginning of getting the 26ft truck to the end of the Drop Off. UHaul services need improving.If not you will loose lots of customers.Coordination at drop off is very very bad. Thanks Gerald.You are an outstanding employee who understands how to handle and treat customers. Because of you,I would recommend Uhaul to my friends. I think I ought to get the second storage free for all the trouble I endured. Thank r for your consideration and a reply Basdeo Dwarka

1. Worn left front tire, pointed out to check-out guy. 2. Driver's side window exploded inward early Saturday evening, c. 200 mi. into our c. 1200 mile trip, as I was looking out the window. Clear road. Nothing appeared to hit the window. Looks like the window was defective. I've never had this happen before. I sustained a few small cuts from glass shards, and a lap full of broken glass, but fortunately I was wearing polycarbonate lenses, so no glass in my eyes. Offered assistance was wait until Monday to maybe get a new window or wait until some time on Sunday to maybe get our cargo txfrd to a new truck. Neither alternative acceptable, given the status of the 94 yr old woman whose possessions we were carrying, so I drove the remaining c. 1000 miles, through the rain, with no side window. We filed a report by phone, but no recompense offered yet. This is unacceptable.

Due to problems with equipment out of my control it left me stranded in a rainstorm and because I was told by uhaul roadside that it was still under warranty that ford roadside would handle it at no cost and tow it to a repair shop and fix it well that left me having to leave some of my things in it( which I never was made aware of how to get them,) To top off the worst experience I had to rent another vehicle of course from another company ......then I'm called and told that they don't have record of the tow or anything that I'm still responsible for the vehicle and being charged for it so in reality I had the the vehicle a couple days before it was towed for repairs ( you would think that would end the contract ) i recieved a receipt for a almost 900 dollar bill for 26 days and over 600 miles at .69cents a mile I've called several times being told to expect a refund for all the. Money and a call from the area supervisor and here we are several weeks later no call no refund no nothing most terrible experience ever worst customer service in the world and to the very rude unhelpful, unreasonable, and arrogant employee with blaintent disregard for customer loyalty or service, I really hope you find a career that better suits your obvious poor career path.

Rental Staff was excellent. One of the two people sent to get the trailer I had rented after showings them there was a problem with the brake did not like that. When he tried to direct me to another one, I could not understand his hands signal because he was using his finger that I couldn’t see. When I mentioned that I was told I needed to shut up. I tried to apologize for my comment but he would not accept it. And the trailer I received turned out to be to small for my project, However I took it anyway.

The customer service at this location was out of this world. Camden was very patient with me and walking meet outside to show me the different sizes of the trailers and the different prices he was very patient and I really appreciate that.

I lost the keys to the truck I rented due to my carelessness. The company provided a solution for my dilemma. I have rented from U-Haul over the years and will continue to do so. I think the office I patronized is staffed with a very nice group of folks.

Horrendous customer service. People are simply not trained. At least an hour to check a reserved truck out (they probably won't have the correct one) and to return it. Don't expect your charges to be correct and not a single employee will know how to fix it. Talking on cell phones, looking at face book is what is important to these employees. It was a shocking experience and I will not ever return to this location, even though it is closest to my home. I absolutely will never refer anyone here. What a shit show.

Clean your trucks have time correct mileage on contract when truck is picked up rent your trucks out with more than 1/4 tank of gas hire more help so people don’t have to wait hours to pick their truck up. I have more if someone would like to call me
