An attendant was witnessed muttering "Jesus Christ!" under his breath as we brought the vehicle and car transport back. Apparently, he didn't like something I had done but was unaware of the 2 men who heard him. All was good other than that. As a matter of fact, I would have given a 5 star review otherwise.

KEVIN W | Primeras impresionesAll good
MICHAEL W | Experiencia generalOutstanding Performance
Bruce S | Primeras impresionesThis facility is great for rentals but totally inadequate for storage units. Very rarely was on of the roads cleared to get in or out.
Patricia D | Experiencia generalMy overall experience was good except for trying to get to my unit at times. There were many vehicles and trailers blocking my access. This was an ongoing issue that you should look into, otherwise everything was great.
Edward B | Experiencia generalThe onsite staff were very helpful, courteous to the public and knowledgeable!
JOHN B | Experiencia generalI am done with my uhaul storage unit when I went to remove my stuff alot of it had mold on it & I left it there as it was in a climate controlled unit! I was very dissatisfied with my experience!
Margaret L | Primeras impresionesAll good
Nola M | Experiencia generalThe only fallback with them is it’s not just a storage place. It’s a U-Haul company and they park all the trucks in the way and it’s a nuisance then you have to go get somebody to move the truck so you can get into your storage and you have a vehicle that you have to get back there
Brenda W | Experiencia generalThe staff is professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
Jessie D | Primeras impresionesStaff was very friendly and informative. It was a smooth process and it didn't take long to get everything done. I would recommend this location for their services.
B e | Primeras impresionesFeel like the prices was too high and got a better quote elsewhere that's the reason for leaving .
DANIEL R | Experiencia generalI mean, it’s a storage unit. We used it for almost a year, no issues with the unit and no rodent damage to the property we kept inside so that’s a plus. The younger guys are very helpful and polite. Other people, assumingely the one who’s been there the longest, is just very cut and dry. It’s just a transaction and it shows but it’s fine..
Reagan M | Experiencia generalI would like to be contacted about my storage. I put a queen bed in the facility. The plastic protector ripped during the move. The next day, we went back to protect it and it had a urine stain on the mattress. I pulled it out, but the mattress is ruined. I am worried my clothing and linens will also be damaged. There is just a wire mess covering over the unit and the ceiling has hanging insulation. I believe the issue is rodents. I feel sick over this storage situation.
DALE P | Primeras impresionesVery helpful
