Fix the 24/7 return process. When I arrived to return the truck, the gates were locked and there was nowhere to deposit the keys in a safe location,

Jami dropped the ball in customer service. I called ahead to make sure returning the truck early was going to be OK so that we didn't drive the hour and find that their lot was full for instance. They never answered the phone. I was re-routed to a call center, which said it was fine. When we arrived, she was flustered when another truck pulled up (commenting on how it was always the case of everyone showing up at the same time). Turns out the 2nd truck was just bringing stuff to unload in their storage unit. She never had us sign any papers or gave us any release papers, so I took a photo of the truck, indicating to my husband, we had no proof that we returned the truck. She did say that she would later email us a document. The email I received was an invoice for $56.80. No where on the invoice did it tell me what the charge was for. There was no indication that there would be any further charges to the paid in full original contract. I called their facility and was re-routed to customer service. One HOUR, one minute later, I finally had an answer. She had charged for an extra day. The thing is, our contract stated Due Date/Time 5/15/2021 11:00AM. We returned the truck 5/13/2021 1:46pm (per time stamp on the photo). I was told it was supposed to be returned by 11:00AM. I pointed out that it was returned 2 days early as per the contract. I was told I would receive a response from a manager with the resolution decision. I did receive an email saying the charge would be refunded. The sad thing is, Jami charged me basically $57 for returning the truck early, in better condition than when we rented it and with an extra half-tank of fuel in it. I lost an hour of valuable post-move time in order to get this mistake resolved. Not happy.

Representative we talk with was very nice . When we went to take the truck back we couldn't gas . I called the location and the lady called her boss and we just paid them to fill up the gas . Very nice and clean place .

Everything was great except the complete disregard of mask wearing by staff to help protect customers. I'm fully vaccinated but it's not 100% protection either giving or receiving the virus. It was disturbing to me. I don't care if there was a plexiglass shield or not. The agent was walking all over in the tiny office. Covid is still here. I don't deserve to have to talk to a maskless agent.

Poor customer service. They messed up and tried to tell me I'm disrespectful because I am standing my ground on the right thing. 1st and Worst experience with uhaul ever. Will not recommend this location to anyone.

Everything went great! I booked online. I did the pre check in through my email confirmation, so pickup was quick and easy. The ladies at the pickup desk and return were both really nice, even though it was obvious the girl at return was overheated and overwhelmed trying to check in numerous vehicles by herself. I extended an extra day online with no issues. There was a little backup at check in but it still only took about 15 minutes.

When I picked up the truck there was hardly any gas in it. I made a local trip one way twice from my home. From my home to the storage unit is 14 miles...so that total is 52 miles. From my home is 4.1 miles...total mileage 60.2 miles....They said I had driven 80...then they said there wasn't the same amount of gas. One my first trip to storage I added 20 in gas and then last night upon finishing I added 20 more. The vehicle actually had more gas in it when it was returned then what it had when I picked it up. They raised the quoted price by $30 to $40. Would not let me drop it after hours, would not let me park on premises. Marked tank at half full when it was barely quarter full. I had taken a CB picture so she did not charge me. Not a good dealer in my view. Windshield was very dirty on inside.

The reservation Was Made For Me by another U-Haul franchise holder. Without telling me, he only reserved the vehicle for 4 hours. I really needed it for the full day. I was late picking it up and the franchise holder where I picked it up you got nasty with me, saying that he would not let me take the vehicle if I couldn't get it back in time. This particularly upset me since I had tried to rent from the same dealer the previous week, and had been unable to rent from him because the previous user of the vehicle had not returned it on time. While this was understandable, they searched for another pickup truck in the same locale and told me none was available. They tried to rent me a truck which I didn't want and which ultimately I could not take because it had the wrong towing hitch. I then went to Uhaul nationally and they found another pickup for me which was actually located closer to where I needed the vehicle. On this occasion I had to accept the vehicle and was very rushed trying to complete what I needed to do in time to return it by 1:30 I did make it back by 2 p.m. . The other renter had not showing up indeed had told him that he was going to be two hours late, but the dealer didn't bother to call me to indicate that I would not be as pressed as I was. Also when I took the vehicle took the vehicle I was told that I had a full tank of gas, when it actually had only 7/8 or less ( which I only noticed after I was on the road). To his credit however, when I returned it full he credited me for all of the gas which I purchased. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.
