Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMatthew was awesome. Super friendly and professional.
DAWN D | Primeras impresionesI guess I missed this when she was talking.
Diane B | Primeras impresionesGreat customer care
James H | Primeras impresionesPoorly managed and slow staff. Lot of staff going through motions
Jason A | Experiencia generalGreat folks. Appreciate their help.
JOHN W | Primeras impresionesThe reason I’m not giving five stars is because of the apparent lack of support the home office has for its stores. I spent the last two days there packing up for a move and the home office’s computer system was down the entire time. The staff were very efficient and friendly, but without the computer system up they had to do all their check-ins and check-outs manually, which resulted in long waits for customers in the office. Please give these ladies some support, U-Haul!
Matthew S | Experiencia generalVery pleased with the staff, security and most of all the cleanliness of their facility. I would definitely recommend.
Tami F | Experiencia generalI did have issues w corp online over phone reservations and the naples facility.
DENNIS W | Experiencia generalHave been totally satisfied with facilities and staff for the last 4 years. Keep up the great work.
Ernesto M | Experiencia generalThank you and team, great service again 👏
Jamie G | Experiencia generalThe staff was very helpful from the beginning, they helped me determine the right size unit for my needs. Very secure location, each unit is alarmed and requires an access code to be entered before entering and upon departure. They do security checks and notified me when I had placed my lock on incorrect during one of my visits. Renting and move out process was easy and seamless.
Thom T | Experiencia general1st of all hope that your employee is safe. We had an extremely long day of 9 hours of loading up and unloading. He knew we were unloading. We discussed getting gas and bringing the truck back to him when we were done. When we returned we could not find anybody in the office doors unlocked. Alarm went off twice while we were standing there. After 10 minutes of trying to find a drop-off box for the key which was finally found. Still no sight of the gentleman that service us. After asking us to still stand there while y'all were trying to find him on the phone we did not want to do that. It was very inconvenient for this to happen. Hot and tired after the whole day I do believe that you should at least owe some kind of compensation for our troubles at your facility. I personally would recommend a second month free and maybe then you will still have a customer to keep the unit. You need to let us know via phone or email. Thank you Barbara
Kim C | Primeras impresionesI moved all of my belongings in storage to this Port Charlotte facility after rates in Lee County doubled and then tripled from my original rate. I made the best choice possible and never felt abused by the system as I did in Lee County. I would use this facility again and recommend it to anyone. It is safe and secure.
