The U-Haul 26 foot truck I rented set in operable in the parking lot for a whole three days. I was waiting for the truck to be fixed, but it was somehow towed to a different location 25 minutes away on Decatur. I am very limited on time so I had to extend my other U-Haul truck since this one was inoperable. They after got towed. I had to go pick it up myself from the Decatur location and drive it 25 minutes to where my storage is on Las Vegas!! Boulevard. I spent about an hour and a half at the Decatur location so I arrived to the Las Vegas blvd location in the middle of the sheet around 2:30 PM. We were still trying to build some bigger appliances from this house, but we’re not able to on time. I feel it is unfair to have to pay during those four days that the vehicle set in the parking lot. The manager Chris said he can reduce two days from my final bill, but I strongly feel like 2 days was enough. Four days would’ve been more ga reshouldllllll

norman c | First ImpressionsThis facility is absolutely disgusting. Go in the middle of the day and the smell of rotting rodents permeates the air. It's in the walls. It's coming from storage units. There was a dead mouse in my unit. You can't breathe. The staff are rude. There was a line all the way to the door because they can only help one person at a time and each interaction took about 10 minutes. A gentleman told them he was having trouble standing. They were quite rude in telling him there was nothing they could do. I gave him the chair sitting right in front of us. I will warn everyone I can to avoid this place at all costs. I moved out the day after I found mouse feces in my belongings. It was difficult to battle the smell of decomposition. I called about this already. I'm just making sure this feedback is received.
