Only issue I had was the use of the keycard at the facility. It wasn’t the most reliable at opening the gate. We had to resort to punching in the key code to gain access. Other than that, it was a great experience!

RONALD D | First ImpressionsU haul is doing all they can at this extension of the main office location, but the homeless or recent Immigrants camping just outside the gate caused us to feel unsafe when coming to this location. That is the main reason we left.
Janet J | Overall ExperienceThis location is a self service location. The reason why I said the staff wasn’t helpful or friendly is because there is NO STAFF at this location to help when needed. If you need help you either have to call the sister location hoping they’re not busy or drive to the sister location to get help. Other then that if you don’t mind this location is very convenient.
Teneya D | Overall ExperienceEven though my credit card is in your system and I have given a monthly automatic payment order. Everything went well for the first months, but the last months were just for me to get more money every month. You slandered me by saying you didn't pay and took more money from me. I also reported this to your customer representative, but no one paid any attention to me. You didn't even answer properly. I will not recommend you to anyone. And I will tell everyone the truth about what you did to me.
