Office was emty twice for over 15 minutes. Had to go to floor to get help.

Frances M.The uhaul online experience was horrible. I was getting emailed to pick up the trailer at the craig location, when u arrived there I was told to go to a different location. U showed her the email I got the night before and she said it was wrong. When returning the uhaul, I got an email that again said to return it to the craig location bit I returned it to the n. Las Vegas Blvd. Location because that's what I was told in the store. When we dropped off the trailer, the GPS wasn't working with the website so the website told us to drop off our c9ntracr in the drop box. That was at 6:30 am. I got a call from that location at 10:30 am asking us WHT we didn't return the trailer. I explained what happened and she didn't verify that the paperwork or traiker were there. I said, we dropped it off, I hope it's still there. She never confirmed.

They provide carts to get from your vehicle to your unit which is a time saver and a back saver. They explain the whole process of payments, due dates, access to the facility and your unit in great detail. I had to get a truck and a storage very last minute and they were note than accommodating. I can't say enough great things about the staff and facility. Thank you again.

CLETE S.I cannot think of anything. I had the most efficient seamless experience. I worked with a representative name China from this office and she was extremely professional. I had to discuss switching to a larger storage just yesterday and this was with a different representative, however, I can not remember her name, I spent much longer with China working out the details of renting the equipment and setting up storage so that is why I specifically remember her name and the fact she impressed me with maintaining her care for a customer during that period of time, however, the other staff member was equally as professional and helpful as China, therefore, I have no doubt she would have maintained her professionalism throughout if I worked with her as long as I worked with China. Thank you Uhaul! From a satisfied customer.

They seemed to working in collusion with police, NV Attorney General Ford, and others. Some of my assets were damaged inside of the unit. I do not wish to use this facility again. I was extremely disappointed. I was injured inside of their facility over and over.

Alfonzo S.When you make a reservation to pick up at a specific location, and then the van is not there, but 30 mi away (RT) it is unacceptable. This happened twice in the last month. The first time I had to drive 22 miles out of the way (RT). No one phoned me so I could adjust the time and that required me to pay the movers for time they sat and waited.
Tim M.Great location, excellent service however I never received a final copy of my receipt upon return. They said they sent it via email but it is not in my email in box or even the junk/spam. I had to login to the uhaul webpage to confirm they checked the equipment back in. I attempted to call the uhaul number but your customer service line to check on prior rentals said 30-45 minute wait time which is ridiculous.

JAMES M.All of the staff that helped over the phone were very friendly and accommodating. However, the staff at the N Nellis location, near Stewart Ave, were very rude and dismissive. We didn't need the furniture pads and were told we could return them at that location. The staff told my wife who is very limited with her English, that they couldn't look up the account with name or email. Only with a receipt. And if she didn't have the receipt then they couldn't help. They told her that no one there spoke spanish and then an employee showed up from the back and he spoke Spanish. They did not want to assist. After insisting, Cynthia noted that furniture pads were returned. Very rude and at first said there was no way to notate that the pads were returned. When asked to lookup contract and notate, all of a sudden she said she was able to. That experience was very frustrating because they were very dismissive of my wife, a customer like anyone else, just because they didn't feel the need to help someone who didn't speak good English.

They make you have to walk them through that maze. I had movers and I expressed to the manager they would charge me extra for bringing my items so far, they didn't care. Don't get a back unit it you have a lot of items, also online I requested a 10x15 they said they had it, but when I got there they only had a 10x10 and tried to charge me to same price

I only needed the storage for a few weeks. I have been trying to get my money back but so far have not been successful. It takes hours to get through their system and actually speak to a human, only to find out that they can't solve the problem. I will not rent from Uhaul again.

Y por último en el contrato me asignaba un candado el cual al momento de preguntar por el me lo negaron argumentando k no tenían en esa tienda. Que lo tenía que comprar yo. Por lo tanto no lleno mis espectativas ni tampoco lo k yo esperaba de una compañía tan grande. Gracias. Espero saber qué opina U-HAUL de esto .
