Rodent infestation, rodent feces all over our items, rodent damage (chewed through things) to items, lack of management concern. This place is the worst. Management doesn’t care about the infestation and does not care about customers.

After having my furniture stored there for extended period I was worried that there would be some kind of damage...closed in smells, pest etc. My furniture and boxed items came out the same way they went in. Damage, odor and pest free.

We reserved a unit a month in advance and were told the day we were moving in that the unit we reserved doesn’t exist, despite us calling the day prior to confirm. Then the unit was not the size we wanted but had no choice but to move in anyway. We asked for the price we reserved but were told that we would have to pay more. Then I look online and it’s more than the price that was quoted to us for the unit we moved into. NOT HAPPY

Sign up process is slow. ain door of facility is broken. Move in process through one of the side doors, which was clearly not made to be a meaningful route of transport, took an eternity.
