I could not have asked for more kind of accommodating people under my circumstances. Had to use two different offices as one referred me to the other to enable me to achieve my desired end. Thankful for everyone I encountered.

I would not use this facility again. There are potholes in the road going into the facility. Their slide lock on the door to my unit is rusted over makes it very difficult for a person with some limitations in their hands to slide it And I didn’t realize that there was two steps up little steps into the unit, which I understand Is For water drainage, but the step ups are not highlighted in white or yellow, , and nobody from the facility told me that it was two little steps and I tripped over one of them going into the unit the first time ,so maybe when they’re showing you the unit or opening it for you that they should at least say it verbally since there’s no sign on the steps walking up when entering Most of the staff in the office was very pleasant. There was only one person that was very difficult to understand her on the phone. She wasn’t too helpful. Everybody else was pleasant
BONNIE B | First ImpressionsThe staff was great, always friendly & helpful. The reason I wouldn't recommend you is the driveway. There are huge potholes in the roadway into your facility. I realize you share the driveway with the pizza place but maybe they would share the expense.

We received a free unit for hurricane relief assistance and the staff has been extremely busy but still handled us with care. They even helped make the move out process easier for us by emailing us a final signature document so we didn’t have to come back in. If there is a program that rewards Mrs Strickland (the manager) she deserves it! She was handling several customers who were mad something wasn’t available for them and I watched as I got my unit rented. She handled everyone with such grace and offered a solution to each unhappy customer that everyone was able to be happy with and get the things they needed. As a business owner myself I was very impressed. Treasure the staff at this location and show them appreciation for what they have worked through the past couple months. Thank you for all your assistance!
