Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIt is not well. maintain there was a hole in the roof that leaked and ruined my all my stuff that was in the unit. This unit door didn't hold up you have to pump it up there was roaches in my stuff that was stored at that U-Haul when I didn't have roaches. The alarm was constantly going off and when you called complain about it they made all types of excuses and didn't fix the problem my unit was supposed to be climate control and it wasn't it was so hot each and every time I went into my unit. When I called and complained about it they made it all types of excuses on why it wasn't on climate control

There is a load-unload dock that necessitates unloading the trailer, lifting it onto the dock, and then transporting it into storage. To access my units, I must open the storage gate, walk to the end of the building, enter the code again, and then walk to the other end to open the door on the loading dock. Additionally, I am unable to maneuver my truck around the facility. Every aspect of storing here is problematic. The price is over $100 more than any other local facility, so locking it in for a year is not a viable option for any customer. I hope to find an alternative before I am required to pay the monthly fee. The prospect of packing up the equipment with all the obstacles is distressing. Management was present on-site but did not engage with me or offer any assistance.
