I never had a problem getting into the facilities and my storage unit. If I ever need another unit, I'll be back. Vicki H | Overall ExperienceEverything was great and had a good experience. The only thing is the gate was always open so we didn’t even need the remote that was given to us. The hallways are small especially if two people are moving at the same time. Overall though we liked renting from here especially the free month since we rented a U-Haul trailer.
