Checking into the unit was very easy. The staff explained everything regarding the gate code and where the unit was located. A few days before checking in I had called to get pricing on a bigger unit. The lady that helped me out was very polite and helpful.
Mary W | Overall ExperienceI just wanted to let U-HAUL know the reason I moved out of my 10x10 storage unit was. I started to rent on 03/30/2023. I moved out because you were raising the rent on my storage unit. With the economy in this bad of shape and to raise the rent twice in one year. I now am renting a 10x15x10 storage unit for $75.00. That's a savings of $300.00 a year.

jose m | First ImpressionsThe customer service agent had a condescending attitude and was combative. He let me know that he doesn't have to serve me and can refuse my business. I later explained that he needed to work on his "customer service" and he informed me yet again that this isn't Walmart and the customer isn't always right. I have used uhaul all over the US for many many years and never had this type of treatment, even at this same location.

I will never forget what y'all have done for the kids and I. I don't know if I've met better people than the both of you, that younger boy that's always helping out is fantastic as well. Thank you!

Steven S | First ImpressionsI was in that unit for months with 2 locks on my unit. A woman called after all that time and said I had to remove one. Well I moved to a storage company that allows 2 locks the next day. It's complete BS
April S | Overall ExperienceGood Day, I again wanted to make corrections for the record. I trust that U-Haul Will UPDATE and Make The APPRECIATE CORRECTIONS. The Actual Move Out Date: 10/5/2024 and I actually called to Notify U-HAUL of the fact that I was moved out already and my son took the lock when he moved out my stuff as I couldn't get there to get my stuff. I do have a text message from U-Haul received 10/7/24 @ 10:02 am, when I Spoke to Wytincia Worth U-Haul (recorded call) I did notify verbally that I NO Longer Authorized Them To Take MONEY from my Banking Account. That normally came out on the 10th or so of the month. Now, it is in writing. I have not been using the services of U-Haul since on or about 10/5/24 U-Haul was promptly notified of "The Parting Of Ways" the following Monday morning of the move out. Move out 10/5/24 Versus 10/18/24 as stated above in this document, per the employees date of doing their job and filling out the needed paperwork. Looks FRAUDULENT to Me an raises RED FLAGS to me!!! Please BE Honest & UPDATE Appropriately as I also let my bank know that I no longer AUTHORIZED anymore money to be withdrawn from my banking account. Thank you, Melinda
