If you call and get the day they are in the office, the staff is very nice. The staff can seem to also get everything done over the phone. When we contacted them that we had moved out, I received a move-out receipt within an hour.

I notified the person on call the date I would be out. Management changed and feels I should have notified her, but how could I do this if I had already moved out. She told me I could only get one month that was unjustly charged and could not get the other one owed.
