Glenn D. | First ImpressionsThe keypad to access the storage area was broken multiple times so I had to go into the store front to gain access to the storage area. Other than that it was great.
Megan W. | Overall ExperienceNot a bad storage unit, but there were mice and they got all over my stuff and some of it I had to throw away.
Haley H. | Overall ExperienceI arrived on site and the storage unit I had reserved online was not available. Therefore, I had to quickly arrange alternate storage add another location well my movers waited on the clock for me to get a storage unit to unload into. Your failure to notify me that the storage unit was not available resulted in extra gas, extra mileage to be paid for, and an extra $140 in labor costs for my movers. The service is unacceptable and I will be writing about my experience on multiple platforms.
MATTHEW B. | First ImpressionsI was angry because I was called on June 30th & told they did not have the cargo van I reserved for my move. I had to change the reservation to June 31, 2022 & on that day I had NO one to help with my move. The manager was friendly & seemed exhausted & overwhelmed. He gave free one month storage & even accepted my van return 5 minutes before the facility closed....which I didn't expect him to do. Please give him a raise...BLESS HIS HEART!

Reservations don't mean anything." Absolutely laughable. Way to absolutely ruin moving plans I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone, period.
David V. | First ImpressionsThe manager is outstanding. Havnt had any issues. The only issue I had was with another customer and the manager brittany took care of the situation like a pro. Uhaul should hire more like her at every uhaul.

Jeremiah made sure my gate code worked and walked me to my unit to show me how to open the door, the complimentary lock, etc. I really appreciated the help and I absolutely recommend storing your stuff here! Thank you again!
