Although the lock on our storage unit we purchased was mistakenly taken of and replaced with a new lock, we weren’t notified of the change and the new lock had no keys and was cut off at no charge, we were made to purchase a new lock, instead of giving us a free replacement lock. Overall a good experience!
ROBERT B | Overall ExperienceBecause there is always room for improvement in any scenario, my only critical feedback item would be to have lights added inside the units. Lighting outside was great, but our unit was very dark and I had to use flashlights in order to locate my things to retrieve from storage; this posed a safety issue a few times when I couldn’t see my way around.

Bob G | Overall ExperienceThe employees tried their best but were unable to access some of uhauls systems. The first question is double barreled. The units were secure. But they were horribly lit.

Very unprofessional from every person in the store . I didn’t even have my units for 24 hours and they refused to give me a refund on the amount I paid even though both units I rented had nothing put it to them ! Be very careful don’t rent from them look elsewhere in town !
Beth B | Overall ExperienceHad a major scare because some one marked my unit as moved out by mistake and took an hour on the phone to figure it out causing me to pay for an extra month that I had previously gotten for free because of a deal on the site. Also had multiple emails about paying for my unit after I moved out.
