The mileage record was not correct. The record showed 10 miles less than what I read from the meter. As a result, I was charged 10 more miles that I did not use. of course, it was also my fault -- I should have double checked the mileage meter with the record before leaving the U-Haul store. But I wish the store employees would reduce the chance of typo or mistake in the future.

Move cleaning lane away from drop off lane + make sure cleaning staff look before turning the hose on areas they can't see. Unfortunately the person who was cleaning a truck shot the hose over the hood of the truck directly into our open car window while our equipment was being unhitched!

When I returned the Uhaul in Pullman, my scheduled drop off location, they said they didn't have room to take it and that I had to take it to another location, farther away. Very unorganized!

Waited 10 minutes before anyone came upfront and had a attitude with me because I was told by uhaul I could drop it off here when I guess that wasn't correct and they seemed annoyed with me cause they were "busy" But they ended up taking the trailer atleast

It's a very busy place, only one person that I saw working, very plugged up, he had me call to make sure this was the place I was supposed to leave the trailer because he was to busy. Need some better management and policies for such a busy place for kids returning to college

When we pulled up with the 20 ft truck and car trailer, three staff ran out to help us get the car and car trailer off. Then Mike told us to be careful unloading. He was very friendly and helpful!



Based on the recommendation of the employee helping me with the inspection upon returning the equipment. I put the number of gallons of gas in the truck. This filled the truck way up more than I needed to fulfill my contract.

There was some confusion about the kind of equipment. I thought I requested a full-support car dolly, and it turned out I was provided with a two-wheel dolly. It would be helpful if the contract was reviewed before completion.

I am very disappointed with the overall service of this company and more than likely will never, ever use it again. I placed a reservation while out of town for a conference. My son was with me, who I rented the haul for, as he has to be out of his apartment in Pullman. On Sunday my son received a message to call UHaul, I tried several times but was on hold forever and could not wait to speak to a rep, I called Monday as soon as the office was open and left a message. My son called me on his way back to Pullman saying he received a message that our reservation was canceled. Not once, did anyone call me as I was listed as an alternate number. I called the office again and left a message, and still did not get a call back. I called the spokane number and was told the truck I reserved was given away and the only option was a truck in Moscow. I took this, as that was all I could do, My son could have taken a truck if he had known this BEFORE he left for Pullman. I spoke to at least 2 people who told me that canceled the reservation because they didn't get a call back. Why did they not call my phone??? And why did no one answer if they wanted me to call them back? Also the website quote for mileage is .59/mile and the sheet for the truck said .79. Why make a reservation, if your company will not honor it? Your company is a horribly ran business. I am glad that not all companies are ran like yours. Seems like a scam and that you take advantage of college students. You suck!!!

I received confirmation of my rental only to find out that the truck that was confirmed for an 8 am pickup wasn't actually available until the next day. This complicated our move quite a bit so while the Moscow location was okay there were problems with scheduling.

Your call center doesn't know what your dispatch does. And the store itself doesn't know what either are doing the dispatch people talked poorly of the call center and store itself. Scheduled a 20ft truck barely was able to get 15 ft truck and trailer. Dispatch wanted me to travel 4hrs the opposite direction to get my truck. Now that's customer service

This was reserved in walking distance from the location we were moving from, yet when it came time for pickup it was so far away we had to rent a cab ($30) and cross State lines to pick it up. You made a traumatic event harder, more stressful and expensive. Not to mention, the computer shutting down mid transaction and having to start all over again with the details of every bit of my existence.

The location was wonderful. U-Haul's phone staff, however, are deceptive and they would cause me not to bring my business to you again. We reserved on line a 15 foot truck. All's well. I get a phone message and text to call a location in Spokane Valley, WA. They tell me that a 25 foot truck is available. I say I don't need it but we need a truck so if that is all that's available, okay. My daughter checked with the location in Moscow and sure enough, they have the very truck we wanted and reserved. This bait and switch garbage is unacceptable. Another phone agent told me I could not pay online and would need to buy my daughter a gift card in order for her to rent the truck. Again, more lies. I would have ended up paying twice with a gift card I did not want. Happily, my daughter dealt with the honest people at the U-Haul location and everything was fine. The liars at the corporate level, however, indicate there are some real problems with your company.
