Fox your corporate website. 4 out 5 times Ive5rented from here the website "froze" and the employee had to reenter my information again. This makes the experience at the counter unnecessarily long.

The local staff were excellent, but the computer system had substantial problems on both pick-up and drop off, causing significant delays.

The Staff is very helpful and equipment in good condition but the computer system is VERY MUCH lacking! I have used this location twice in recent months and because of their computer system, have been thrown way off of moving schedule each time. I have arranged rental on-line and arrived at the store only to wait up to 1.5 hrs in line while staff are working through computer issues with other customers. Please up date their computers or do something about their inability to check out equipment in a timely manner.

I can’t think of anything that could be done to improve for the next customer based on my recent experience. It was just fine. I got the trailer. The fellow was wonderful. I got done what I needed to and returned the trailer. Again, the service fellow was excellent. What more could I ask for? Thanks U Haul!

Excellent experience. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and explained everything so my trip was safe. Very happy with the experience. The truck, however, got terrible gas mileage.

Make it so that it doesn't take half an hour to rent 2 furniture dollies.

1)Paid for moving Pads: Got on site U Haul forgot to put in truck: Had to go back & get Pads while I had friends standing around on site. Lost 20Min of time. 2)Had vehicle reserved & people waiting on Truck: Took over a half hour to check in. Rep didn't care about hold up. Kept screwing around. 3)Upon return of Vehicle: Paid bill in CASH!! Uhaul Rep. could not reverse charged amount on American Express or give me back the cash & charge Total amount due on card. Had to call Card Co. & block payment on card. 4)Uhaul employees don't care!. Seem to be on Drugs!! 5)I'm 65 & this is the first time that I have done business with Uhaul & the last!!! I have never been treated so "POORLY" in my life when pressed with time tables & other peoples moving time. NEXT TIME I WILL LEASE VEHICLES FROM LOCAL MOVERS in the area (as I have done in the past). Local businesses which take "Life Serious" & know "What Day of the Week it IS"!! YOU SUCK BIG TIME!!! NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL.

I checked in and paid online before pick up. The process took 50 minutes even though online check in promises to expedite. The staff was not efficient, friendly or knowledgeable. The trailer was hooked up and I was yold it was all ready to go. After leaving I was called and accused of skipping out on my bill. Even though I explained that it was prepaid he argued and made me return to UHaul. I was treated like a thief and a liar. The manager finally checked his records after I returned and could see that it was paid like I told him from the beginning. This process wasted time that I did not have. It was extremely embarrassing rude and unprofessional and I never did receive an apology. I will never do business with this location and will never recommend to anyone!

The employees at this store are so incompetent. From mistakes on how the reservation was made to the equipment install, I would never recommend this location to ANYONE.

You can improve your service by washing the windows before renting the truck out. Mine was covered in water spots and dirt. Didn't notice it on check-out, since I was focused more on all the dents and dings it already had to make sure I wasn't charged for something I didn't do. I had to later wash all the windows and mirrors myself before the long drive across state. Also, let people know that the rented pads need to be FOLDED upon return. I assumed, since they looked clean and were wrapped in plastic, that they needed to be washed after I used them. I was charged a CLEANING fee of $10 simply because a few of them were not folded. MOST OF THEM WERE.

The attendant who processed our truck return was very friendly and efficient- the truck was officially inspected and returned in about 10 minutes, max. I would recommend this location based on the service and ease of the return of my rental truck, since I never had to go inside the building. It was a pleasant experience.

In today's world, all trucks rented for any distance move should have cruise control. And windup widows? Give me a break! Other than that my 15-foot rental was great.

We had a 10x20 unit reserved, but were notified when we arrived with a full moving truck that none were available. Had to switch to a 10x15. Hard to get a Uhaul truck into storage area

I was signed up for automatic payments, and my payment date was 9/6. I was charged for the month of September, even though my unit was empty and I turned in the key on the 6th. Seems like robbery!!!!

Despite booking a storage unit four months in advance, my unit had been given to someone else. While accommodations were made, I had to move everything up a flight of stairs instead of a ground unit.
