Only thing was the alarm went off a few different times when I checked in and it wasn’t supposed to.

Michelle P | Overall ExperienceJeff Schwarz was just the best. He found and corrected two errors I had made in my contract, saving me money. He went out of his way to help. I can't thank him enough. The facility is great! Covered, enclosed parking entrance. Great on snowy Chicago nights. Well lit. Place smells fine, seems like maybe a little more ventilation could be needed but I'm satisfied. I've already recommended this facility to family and friends. I have also reviewed on Google maps.

You have a phenomenal manager and Jeff during my transaction with Bar beyond his duties. He made sure everything went smoothly as possible. I recommend raise or a promotion because you really find people That are willing to help people the way that gentleman did. I appreciate him and all that he did for me Jeff.
BART W | Overall ExperienceThe only problem I had was the brakes on the truck were making alot of noise and got worse as I drove it. So I really didn't get to use it for the time I needed it. I WAS AFRAID ,that the brakes would go out or lock up, also when when I picked it up something was spilled on the floor. Noone got back to me on this because I left a note about this issue. I was told to comeback tomorrow and the manager would take care of it. I went back the following day and I was told there’s nothing they can do there are no units available. Luckily your competitor cube smart was able to accommodate me
