Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-Haulhopefully i won't see a price increase before my year .. if i keep it for that long
ROSA R | Primeras impresionesPrice kept rising. I know it’s the economy. Nothing personal. Everything is poop lately.
Zachary L | Experiencia generalMy unit was full of mouse dropping. Thankfully nothing was damaged. But still disgusting and disappointed that this facility isn't doing better to prevent a rodent infestation. Even the employees i spoke with were upset about the amount of droppings in my unit. I also thought its crazy how much the price has increased in the 5 years I have been in that unit. Its increased roughly 60% which is hard for me to continue to be a customer. I wouldn't recommend this location to friends and family.
Samual B | Experiencia generalLoved the 30 day free storage unit to help complete the move. Very easy to use, AC was much appreciated as was the indoor loading and unloading!
GREGORY S | Experiencia generalVery nice staff. Very convenient to get in and out of.
Matt C | Experiencia generalMy problem was one of the staff were doing inspections of my unit, was tampering with my stuff and stole 3/4 of my coins change of a 2 gallon plastic container & left me just a quarter of the container and my stuff was move around, I was a loyal customer since 2018 to 2026 of August I was out of town for 3 yrs, on a job opportunity & I’ve took a photo pictures to make sure everything in the right place before leaving, so yeah I’ve pay my storage on time every month for security and storage, yeas I’m upset due to money stolen about 3 to 400.00 dollars of coins in chains but other then that I rental a 10 footer U-Haul truck for transport my storage to another state, with 10.000 mile on it, made it with no problem easy going and safety, great truck, and very dependable, other than that U-Haul has always been good to me, i gave a 5 star, I took a lost on my coins, ty U-Haul
MANUEL G | Experiencia generalBest customer service very clean
SALMA B | Experiencia generalI usually dealt with the two Jeff's there and both were great to work with. Only one time did I have a problem. I secured a storage unit and the person I worked with (not either Jeff's) forgot to put it in the system. I went back to load my things into the locker and my lock had been cut off and another person's property was put into my locker. They then found me another locker, but I had to clean it before I could put my things into it.
