Original trailer was supposed to be a 5'x8' box trailer. However, upon hookup, the trailer lights (brake and flashers) did not function. The agent then hooked up a second trailer (5'x9' open); those flashers worked but brake lights didn't work. Third try, another 5'x9' open trailer, everything worked and away I went. Luckily, the weather was clear and sunny both days and the box trailer wasn't necessary, but if the weather had necessitated a closed trailer the lot did not have another one so rental wouldn't have been able to be done properly and don't think this experience would have ended well.LAWRENCE S.

I had the worst experience possible today. I had originally booked a uhaul for 7am for a diff location. I reached there at 7 only to see that the app is asking me to call for assistance. I called the number and was made to wait for over an hour. Finally a guy named Jeff called me and said that the location is not setup for smart pickup and he booked me an alternative pickup. He also said I would get a $50 credit (which I have not received). I had to move my stuff for which I had booked my building elevator and had to pay over $100 an hour because I could not reach at the stipulated time just because the uhaul app didnt work or i was told to go to a location that was not setup for that. The new location was also not helpful at all. The truck that J received was the worst of all I believe. It had messed up wheel alignment and was dragging all the way through. While dropping off the vehicle, I was told I would be given the $50 credit but when the final bill arrived, still no credit. Why cant things work as promised for once?Ankur N.
Ones again, I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel (average) and I was charged 2 gallons of fuel. Last rental was the same, too. Next Saturday will see if the history repeats.FELIX H.

Multiple times I came to load my jeep and the amount of debris and garage the cluttered the floor was ridiculous. 2 flat tires later I not only over paid for a unit but had to replace my tires because of your dirty facility. Within the first 30 days I chose to rent a unit the price went up 15 dollars a month.. way to rob people. Also every time I had to interact with the desk staff there wasn't a mask to be seen. It was like COVID didn't exist to those people who were by the way some of the most unsanitary individuals I have had to interact with.Liz D. | Overall Experience

My first rental was with Mr Sexton, I believe Jeff, it was excellent, very pleasant, started my morning off great. My second return rental was with a lovely woman, long dark hair & glasses. She was very helpful, courteous and equally pleasant. Have a map of where the truck is. Had to walk to the the whole parking lot. Change your policies to allow customers easy access to the truck. Tell my caller to fix her attitude with customers and not threaten me with charging an extra day and a bunch of other things and the location thing is garbage I couldn't get it to work. A representative called me the next day. Told him I left it exactly where it got it with keys in original lockbox. That was easy to do.Steven O.

I wish I would have been allowed to return the trailer to a closer location to my house.Dallas R.
Not one single person answered a phone after hours of calling to store and uhaul main office. It took an hour to get our problem solved online and then gave us a 60-90 minute window for tire repair at our house because I saw a nail in the trailer tire. The repair guy broke down and we had to wait another 90 minutes before they arrived. After exchanging for a new tire in my driveway they left a mess behind on my driveway and didn't balance the tire just said it's good go ahead and drive it will be ok.TERRENCE Z.

If i were working there at uhaul i would protect my customers and coworkers by no mask no service as this is state law.
