I had hired movers and they had to wait around till the area was cleared. Due to their wait, I Had to pay an extra $40. Knowing there was a reserv for that unit moving in that day, that area should have been cleared and ready for our use!

CARLA C | First ImpressionsThe guy at the uhaul place was awesome - but good thing they were open when I arrived, because the access info I was given was completely incorrect. There is no gate, no keypad next to my unit, and no lockbox with a keypad to get into the unit. They got me in and took great care of me, but if I had shown up when they were closed with my U-Haul full of stuff, I would have been screwed.
