You cannot manage your employee Kyle as he screamed FUCK in the parking lot in front of customers and tried running me over. To verify the condition of the equipment, we had to have a cell phone and know how to use it. Many older people don't use one. This causes me to never use U-haul again.John W.
Everything went smooth with pick up and drop off. The people were professional and pleasant. The uhaul was clean which was nice. The only thing that wasn't clean was the interior windshield. Now that it's getting nicer the sun creates a glare and having a clean windshield help people drive safe. Thanks so much!Kristen R.

First, there was mud on the flooring and running board (driver's entry) which had been left by the previous user. Thankfully, I was not blamed for that mud, but it really should have been removed before I rented the van. Second, I was charged a $7.00 fee for using the small dolly braced into the van bed, though it was not I who used it, but the person helping me conduct the move. I was the van renter, but the other person did not check with me and just grabbed the dolly to move out three objects when I was not aware of it. I had a dolly at my home where the objects were being unloaded; the helper did not hear me when I said we could use mine. Very frustrating, but I still don't know if the fee was refunded. I have to go to the business office where I rented the van because it is too hard to reach them by phone. Otherwise, I would say that my moving work on that day went fairly well, the people at the office were helpful and friendly, very pleasant to deal with, and the vehicle operated well. No mechanical problems, but I sure hope I never have to drive such a large truck again! Too tall and big for me.Barbara W.

Mamr sure scheduled days are right. I did online and should of had 2 days then ended up one then we had to call late in day to beg for xtra. Day. I even called 800 number to verify and he made the changes and dates. We did end up getting the extra day after rushing n working off my lift helps muscles.DEBRA FURRER S.
Stopped in a day early to see if I could rent a trailer early. I was told my reserved trailer would not be available the next day because it needed to be fixed. They had a smaller enclosed trailer. I asked what the inside height was and the person did not know. Said it would hold any motorcycle. Insisted I view the trailer to look at height with no measuring tape. I needed 4' 6" and person did not know the height. They also said that I must view weight stats inside trailer. The motorcycle is 300 lbs. Person had no idea the dimensions of the trailer and was very rude. Asked for another representative but no one wanted to work. I rent from U-Haul a lot and have never had a rude rep before. This was a bad location. No other customers were there and they had very few rentals available. I got the impression that they did not want to work or help a customer.Kenneth E.

I reserved my truck with an associate over the phone. When I arrived at 7 AM, I found that I did not have a truck and when I finally did get a truck by 10 AM it did not have the dolly like I had requested. I paid a four-man crew to sit and wait outside for three hours. Not impressedCHRISTOPHER B.

Thankfully I had my Uhaul contract with me when I returned my rental, otherwise they were trying to overcharge me $240.00! I had to have the employee break down every charge and dispute most of the charges. My son had the same experience with the same location overcharging him about the same amount. He couldn't find his contact so he end up paying that overcharge amount they were trying to charge me!!Jami B.

Uhaul wasn't clean when I got it. I got charged an extra day, when I was given a phone number to call by YOUR employee for a drop off location. YOUR systems were down for several days, and I was unable to get a hold of either phone number to find a drop off location in Washington for the uhaul trailer. I drove to 5 different locations before 6pm, trying to find a drop off. I have moved several times in the last 10 years and have used uhaul everytime, I will NEVER use your services again. Thanks for charging me an extra day.LAUREN G.
