The gentleman that helped me with my pick up and drop off was super helpful and understanding when I reserved the incorrect trailer (I wish I had saved his name to include here). He got me set up with the trailer that would worked for me, and really made an impact with his demeanor and attention to customer service. Considering the COVID concern, he was helpful with me not contacting any surface, and doing the same himself. 110% on service, 100% on the product.

Very careful for us with drop off to be sure there was no risk of coronavirus transmission. Really appreciated that drop off could all be done outside while maintaining a safe distance between us and the attendant. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We rented a trailer at the end of the day, and dropped it in the "night drop". the next night./ I was surprised that we were charged for a second day. However, I will say the guys at this shop are always on point, and in the past have gone out of their way to help.

Nothing. I wish I could remember the name of the employee who checked my truck out to me. He was extremely polite and professional, even when I decided to change my truck size at the last second. The first truck had already been pulled out front, and they bent over backwards to help me. Moving day is always stressful, but these employees made renting the truck easy.

When we arrived to pick up the u-haul, it was evident that the clerk was over-whelmed. He did not answer any of our questions (we had reserved one of the smaller u-hauls but were “upgraded” and we had questions regarding it. Additionally, we had reserved the u-haul from Sunday until Tuesday. However, he charged us for Wednesday as well, even though we stated that our reservation was through Tuesday (We planned on returning it on Monday anyway and we did return it on that Monday). He refused to change it and ignored us, even though we had made the reservations until Tuesday! Next, they instructed us to “drive the u-haul off the curb,” after doing so, it resulted in the u-haul getting stuck! They said that this sometimes happens! So, they used another u-haul to pull our u-haul to free it! However, they attached the racket to the bumpers, which resulted in the other u-haul to lose it’s bumper (not surprising). As well, because we picked up the u-haul during the day, we didn’t notice that the headlight was out! We thought our u-haul specialists would have noticed! I have used this u-haul location before and had nice service! This time, was not so nice! We were very disappointed in the quality of service that we received.

Actually made the distress call, it was a miserable evening rain, rain and rain, was told it would take 2 or 3 hours for help to arrive , was in the city of Seattle, so many people and and business around the area, thought a 3 hour wait was ridiculously long given the location,( not out on a country road) anyhow received a call from the hired uhaul contractor, he was just sitting down to dinner with family I think,lol but it only took about 45 minutes to arrive, and work hard and precise, surely he not like the weather either,. I think the service was great, very happy I purchased insurance, lol. Thumbs up

Call center rep failed to understand that her info was not matching the ACTUAL, PHYSICAL AVAILABILITY of trucks on the lot i was asking about. I tried 3 times to explain that i called the actual people physically on the lot and the truck she was telling me was available was not. Then proceeds to take my info and reserve me a truck that IS NOT THERE! I did her job better than she did only i had to pay for it. Wtf? The employees at the location were just as frustrated stating that this was the 3rd time that day someone had the same thing happen. Altho the employees on location were not much better. Nothing was explained/even mentioned very well. Especially the fact that for some reason mileage on an in town move for a 24 hour rental went up to something astronomical like $4 a mile. Did a little math and on anything other than an in-town 1 day move it is cheaper to BUY a truck and sell it when you are done lol. If you are moving a long distance it actually will save you a SHOCKING amount of money, not to mention save you some stress.

The guy who hooked up the trailer didn't tie down the cords, before we left, which made it so we had to stop elsewhere and replace the cords and adapter. Thankfully U-Haul replaced them at no charge elsewhere.

Fill the gas tank so I only need to top it off when I return the truck. Put new windshield wipers on it. And when I call to say the check engine light came on after driving only five miles, be much more responsive.

When I was online to reserve the trailer, I put in what I was hauling drove from Missoula to greatfalls MT and the truck was to long and 1.2" to wide to fit on the trailer. Had to come back to missoula and go to time renatl to get a car hauler from their. 6 hours of needless driving plus gas.... Not a very happy gal. Great Falls uhaul place told me they would have told me, even though the on line place said it was ok.

U-Hauls online system is renting people storage units that don’t exist. As a result, 2 families including ours arrived with loaded moving trucks to find no space available, and no further assistance.
