ADRIAN R | Experiencia generalI recently rented a storage unit from U-Haul, and the experience was fantastic! The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff made the entire process simple and stress-free they were friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. I felt confident that my belongings were safe, and the convenience of 24/7 access was a huge plus. If you’re looking for reliable storage with excellent customer service, I highly recommend U-Haul. They truly go above and beyond to make everything smooth and hassle-free!
Nene H | Primeras impresionesThere were mice droppings and stains all over my furniture and someone had put down traps! I believe the storage was infested with mice! U-haul problem not mine! I should have been told of this problem before I rented the unit!
RUBY W | Experiencia generalAt the start of rental I did not feel the facility to be as secure as it could be. This was related to the entrance gate. It did not appear to be properly functioning with extended periods of it being opened. On my closing of the unit I felt more comfortable with the gates operation & security.. All the staff I interacted with were very helpful & friendly & efficient in attending to my needs…. Thank you so much!
SHARON T | Experiencia generalThe managers Mike and Nia was exceptionally professional and helpful through the entire process.
