myrtle bJenny was very friendly and helped me with all of my needs. The UHaul app is awful to use and kept making me enter the same information. After 3 times I was very frustrated but Jenny took really took great care of me.

He got very angry and upset, slam the door in my face when I was going to receive my receipt because he was hot and frustrated and he didn’t want to joke around anymore why you should’ve started off like that and all you had to say is I’m not in a joking mood right now it’s been a long hot day.

They demonstrate that they care about their customers by going above and beyond to help. Sandi gave me a free months rent and offered me some furniture covers. Joel helped me when I was locked out of my car (engine still running) which, blocked the entry gate - what a relief Recently, I was leaving but the gate would not open due to power failure from the electric company We Energies. Joel manually dismantled part of the gate mechanism and manually opened the gate for me - wooo what another relief! Daniel have been nice and helpful. I appreciate he checks with his boss about my business transactions; also he allowed me to use their broom to sweep out one of my units. Thanks to ALL at the Granville Station Location! Once when I left my lock undone they called and emailed me to alert me the same day to come and adjust it for security. They monitor the facility Well so I felt my things were safe until I could get there later that day. With them walking around and doing checks for such situations daily I am grateful.
