Other than being charged an additional month after closing out my account. It was a great experience.
Very friendly staff. Stored my father’s belongings here after his death and they remembered when we first brought his items and two years later they were just as kind.

I had an incredibly bad experience. Staff here don't even know the MEANING of Customer Service. The absolute worst staff I encountered here were management and someone from the district office. There are a lot of self-storage options. I would never, never, NEVER recommend this one.
This location was amazing! The staff all around went out of their way to make sure I was accommodated. I couldn't recommend them more. I'm looking forward to having to visit my stored stuff just to say hi to everyone

I couldn't wait to get my things & close my account! The staff is SLOW, the mngr, Jason, HORRIBLE. Not enough staff to accommodate people in line & the girl helping me kept checking her phone.

the manager Jason customer service skills needs to be better, I overheard him discussing me and my business to another customer and on top of that he was rude and very unprofessional.

There is always only one employee behind the counter, and they are either on the phone or taking forever to help someone else. Also they tried to charge me a month of rent for moving out on the 1st.

Reserved a truck for 4 days. We were told we had to move it into storage or no truck. Packed, arrived back. Unit was too small. Moved into overheated dirty unit. Gotta move again. So 4 total moves.
Small issues with card swipe system but nothing major. I would return as a customer.
