Truck was clean but we had a inner rear tire blow out on our trip. Was a bit time consuming to wait for roadside assistance, lost time waiting. Tire did get repaired. Agent did extend contract for a later return time but that was not the primary concern, the lost time during the move was critical. Thanks.RONALD S.
Adding one more attendant in the lot would reduce the wait time. I felt I had to wait longer than I should have with assistance picking up and returning the trailer. There was an attendant but there were multiple customers needing assistance.THOMAS R.

A better job of checking equipment is needed. The first motorcycle trailer I was given had very low tire pressure that was only detected because I brought my air gauge. It was then discovered, by one of the attendants, that it had a slow leak. The counter person was good.MIDDLETON O.

The self check in process wasn't as quick as I'd like or expect. I don't feel like it was much more beneficial than just going in and speaking to a person. And since you still have to go in and get the keys anyway doing it on my phone almost seemed pointless. Some of the steps such as uploading a license and other documentation should be able to be done before you get there to speed up the processMatt S.
Didn't like the 20 dollars convince fee that was charged didn't have any way to check the truck back in on line we moved into a storage and all electronics were shut down this I believe is unfair to elderly people who don't use their phones for this purposeBalinda S.
There were no dollies available despite my reservation for one. The staff could have cared less to find me one. Just kind of shrugged it off. The van back door had to be slammed closed every time in order to lock. The back tires should be replaced as they spun out several times.JANE J.

Very rude attendant in parking lot. I was there to pick up a trailer, he made me park a long way away to go in get my paperwork then walk back to the car a long way just to get the trailer. Horrible service and very rude about it. I explained I prebooked and just needed to hook up and go.Russ H.

Workers were ok but the 26"truck i rented ran hot within 3 hrs after renting. I returned the truck and was told I would receive a call the following morning which never came and I have not been able to speak with Noone as it takes about an hour on hold. Who has that kind of time? Not me. I've had to separate charges in the last two days to my credit card. Which seems to be valid but not really cause I didn't finsh the job I was doing due to the issue with the truck but didn't take no time for them to charge my card but yet to call with a comp or discount or even an apology..so uhall if you reading please contact me or ill jus start using @penskiERIC S.

The truck I was issued suffered severe damage from Hurricane Ida. Most notable was the cracked windshield which covered half of the windshield. The interior of the cab sm led of cigarettes and there was trash in the ashtray.SCOTT B.

Make sure the vehicle has enough gas for the next customer. We are struggling through the aftermath of Hurricane Ida the vehicle was rented to me with 46 miles to empty. Gas stations are closed and gas lines are long (waiting in line for hours). I filled up the truck because gas is scarce and thought I would be credited and the manager refuses to credit me. I will not use Uhaul again and not recommend to anyone needing assistance.Toni W.
