Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe first time I tried to access the facility my access card wouldn’t work, (access denied) there wasn’t an employee atthe facility and I had to call another facility. She couldn’t get my card to work either. She had to give me a code to punch into the card reader to enter the building. The woman I spoke to said “this happens a lot”.
DAWN T | Experiencia generalManagement allowed a homeless lady to live in her car in the loading area and have access to the building and restrooms. We saw her there over a 4 week period and decided to move out. We were told the Management watched and reviewed the camera footage daily so they new she was in the building. The building is nice the Management needs some training on city zoning laws.
Steve O | Experiencia generalMy access card kept saying it was denied. I ended up calling the the number near the key pad who then transferred to me someone “at the facility”. That person was not at the facility. She gave me a code to punch in to the keypad and it eventually worked. She thought the card might work after a couple of days. I guess I won’t know until I have to go back. And apparently it happens a lot at the facility!! Figure out the problem UHaul!
DAWN T | Primeras impresionesVery clean and well maintained facility. The elevators are slow to close and when you enter from street side and are alone, a fast door closure would make me feel way safer! And yes I did push the “close door” button each time but it really didn’t speed things up
Judy L | Experiencia generalThe staff is wonderful and amazing
Lanise J | Experiencia generalThe only thing about this facility is the other customers who leave their trash- literal trash- where there is a spare to put items others can use - for example I left a chair that I won’t need any longer- the staff is amazing to try to keep it clean!
renee W | Experiencia generalEverything went smoothly. The man working at the office was very helpful and courteous.
Lowell y | Experiencia generalUtilizing the free month offered with truck rental. Would love a 'six month ' promo offer to follow it up...
Melinda S | Primeras impresionesJust need to have someone at this place for help.
deborah w | Experiencia generalNot sure how long I will need it but like the 1 year price lock,
deborah w | Primeras impresionesEverything was fine except I didn’t know the check-in pad was different than the entry pad. Also the storage unit was not as big as we thought, pictures would be helpful. Overall not bad.
Shelby J | Mudanza en líneaGreat experience from start to finish. The move-out process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Staff was helpful and everything was exactly as expected. Would definitely use again!
