Back in February I called and asked that the contents of my unit be sold. I had no where to put it and didn't much care. Due to a "management change", this was not done. Now they are coming to me with over $800 worth of fees.

Brian J | Overall ExperienceWhen processing online, I think it should have been noted that the unit the only unit available was at the very back corner of the building with no access from the back. I went into the sales office and asked if there was other access instead of walking through the entire building. The person working on Sunday, August 4 was extremely unhelpful. I asked if a discount could be given since it is the very back corner unit. She just looked at me and said no with zero customer service. Once we took our first load all the way back to the back of the building in the far corner the free lock that was supposed to be provided was not in there. I had to walk all the way back out to the sales office went to the girl that was working told her there was no lock, and she just pointed with her finger And said you can just choose a lock. Very disappointed with the interaction with this employee. I have rented multiple storage units from U-Haul previously and have always received Excellent customer service. I plan on using this facility to store my belongings and then to use the moving service so I hope this isn’t an indication of the service we should expect.
Tammara G | Online Move InLindsey has been the best employee I met at U-Haul yet. she is very punctual quick and very well informed she’s pretty awesome and I know it’s a tough location, but I hope they pay her enough because she’s a great fit for the company for somebody who is willing to do what it takes.
