The MANAGER when I checked was so very nice and polite to me I checked out on January 15 th I would definitely use this facility again THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!!

They are awesome!
When going after office hours i would see people inside units. It looked like they were living in the unit but when I would walk by they would leave right away. Other then that all my items were safe and the storage units were very clean.
The best storage facility by far! Convenient and easy access to storage. Climate control huge bonus with hot summers in Phoenix/Mesa area. Very clean and free use of carts and mattress carts as well a nice plus. On top of it, pricing was as low or lower than I could compare. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Loved working with manager Carol, Chris and Robert. Caring, helpful and hands on people work here. Very nice place.

easy access to loading area, carts available
The only complaint I have is the issue of the carts. For the last several weeks the carts keep disappearing. When I first reserved my units there were 6. On average there have been as little as 2 carts available when there should be 6 and this is when no one other than myself is at facility. Maybe put a tracker on the cart to find where carts have gone or stolen.
The staff was great as well as the facilities and security of units. The only thing that I didn't like was when I signed up for the unit it would have been nice to give me the option to pay the extra money to be able to access it 24hrs, which it was never even known to me until after my move was already done.
The worker was there 35 minutes before they were scheduled to open which was VERY helpful as I was ready to move in and I wouldn't have been able to yet if she wasn't there to help unlock the unit as well as the sliding doors, I didn't realize the unit was locked and started unloading my U-Haul truck and she was there just in time!
I was disappointed with the staff where my uboxes were stored. Staff was not helpful, they didn't put my boxes out when requested, and often times they wouldn't put them out because they were short staffed.
Carol is a fantastic person!! She helped us sooooo much! She was so kind and very professional! She made our experience with u Haul absolutely fantastic! I would 💯 recommend this location and dealing with Carol and her staff was amazing!! I wish all places were exactly like this experience and had Carol for their help and manager.
I was supposed to get a phone call when they were Here to pick up as my padlocks were still on due to living in an apt complex. No one called and they took the u boxes with my locks still on. Not too happy about that.
Everything was great except that there was no lock in the unit as the email stated there would be.
Carol was very helpful and made the renting process very easy.
Our storage experience was flawless. Ease, cleanliness, security, and especially helpfulness, and friendliness of staff, was exceptional. Highly recommend this location for indoor storage needs.
One of the best customer service experiences we have ever had!! Carol went above and beyond to help us when we were having difficulty finding moving help, can't say enough good things about the service we received from her!!
I put my stuff in a unit a week and a half ago. The employee said the system was down so they couldn’t sign me up with an agreement. They proceeded to take all my info down they would need to email me my contract but then proceeded to let me move my stuff into my unit. A week later, When i came back to get into my unit it had a second lock on it and i couldn’t get access to my unit. I went to the front office and they said i wasn’t in their system. So i re signed up and they unlocked my unit. 3days after that i came back and my access card i was given to the facility didn’t work. Which ment every time i opened my unit it set off an alarm. Then when i went to check out. I again was not in their system so i had to sign everything again just so sign out that same day.
I was very unhappy with the U~Haul storage in Denver,Co. My box arrived before August 6 and they couldn't deliver it until after the 26th of Aug which put me over my 30 days.....they charged me for another months rent even though it was their fault and it was being delivered on the 31 of Aug.....VERY UNHAPPY.....I have used U~Haul many many times over the years but might have to rethink that before I ever use them again.....
There was no communication. I got no contract. My stuff is ruined. I will be filing a claim. They told us our boxes were delayed and the same day I got an email saying they arrived. The link between moving help and uhaul is subpar. No one knows what is going on. Every time I called to get help I had to wait on hold for at least 20 minutes. I would never use uhaul again or recommend to anyone unless they want headaches and nightmares to deal with
Communication was ridiculous. We spent many hours locating the U-box, getting it delivered and getting passed around from phone to phone and office. Assured of numerous things that never transpired.
I have never used uhaul before and I hired movers to pick up my ubox and unpack it for me. The ubox arrived earlier than expected, which was great, and my movers were able to pick it up early, also great! What I didn't know was that I needed to let uhaul know that the movers were coming to pickup early, again because I've never done this before, and the woman from uhaul who called scolded me and told me I need to give 24 hours notice before the pickup can be made. This is all fine, and makes sense now, but the woman who called spoke to me like I was a child who misbehaved. I hope you have recorded lines so you can hear the way she speaks to customers. She could have conveyed the same information and had the same end result by being polite. Other than her phone call, everyone else I dealt with was lovely. From the woman who forklifted the ubox to my driveway in Boston, to the customer service reps helping me set everything up. Thanks!
The floor at the storage entrance door could be a trip hazard. old door frames removed but concrete not patched very good or not at all.
Christine Connors was awesome! She was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions & was very approachable. She went above & beyond when our keycard & passcode wouldn't work. She resolved the issue before the end of her shift & notified me the problem was corrected immediately.
The staff is very friendly and helpful I highly recommend using U-Haul Storage

Best thought out plan for self storage. Very quick sign up at facility. Lady who assisted me was very friendly and arranged everything perfectly. Great rates, indoor (which is great with summer coming soon), self service carts (including one for mattresses, which is very nice). Facility extremely clean and great alarm system. Even if your storage is unlocked, once it unlatches it will set off alarm unless you swipe your key card at entrance. No contracts and 1st month free to boot. Everything very well thought out. Highly recommended for your storage needs!!

Have adequate well trained staffing. We were unable to pick up our u-box for 2 days due to inadequate staffing.
with electronic sign in and out we felt secure with our belongings left in our storage unit. So that was above the rest of the storage facilities in the area. One are of improvement is that we saw several times people we assumed were "living" there using the bathrooms and leaving them unfit to anyone else to use. These people usually had bikes for transport and would leave with backpacks and then return later in the day.
I have come to discover that I receive only the very best customer service from every U Haul location I visit but Mathew Kirkbride at the Mesa storage facility was outstanding to work with and one of the most customer-friendly experiences I have ever encountered.
Give Derek and the delivery ladies a raise. Those 4 people made my stressful move work seamlessly! Even though they have to work in the hood And deal with junkies all day at the warehouse they behave like true professionals. Kudos to them

I had to return some mattress cover sheet but the manager Derek mentioned that he wasn't able to refund my credit which was odd cuz I had no problem returning cover sheets to other location and other staffs were able to process it.
People living in the units, sharing access cards, doing drugs in the building in plain view. Worst experience in my 10 years of having a uhaul unit.

I spent way to much time on hold trying to get in touch with a U-box person. The online procedures is limiting. I would prefer to been able to schedule the pick up time and which u-box I wanted to pick up online.

We were charged for a truck in Oregon by the movers. We were charged for a trailer in Arizona by the movers. I am not sure why this is not better communicated up front.

The friendliest U-haul facility I've found. A problem occurred with billing and I was charged a month of storage I should not have been. One call and the charge was removed! This is my go-to place.
