Carlos R | Overall ExperienceThe access code given didn’t work. The gate key pad showed please contact the manager. There was no phone number for the manager and the office was closed even though it was during Sunday access times. We called Uhaul direct. They called the manager direct and was unable to reach them. We drove from Indiana to Colorado with a box truck and trailer full and was unable to unload in our until or return the truck and trailer to the designated U haul location due to this. The only solution given was to come back during office hours which is during our job work hours. Very dissatisfied.
