Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI especially want to comment on the staff at this location. The resident manager Patricia went above and beyond I have rented from U-Haul multiple times. She did an incredible job explaining details that I was not previously even aware for my truck rental and storage rental. I would recommend this location because of her specifically.
James D | Primeras impresionesThank you
Jennifer J | Primeras impresionesGreat service from the representative, I got in and out after him actually consulting with me about the best way to handle my move. 10/10
MICHAEL W | Primeras impresionesI found the employees to be very unfriendly :( It was very sad because we had been driving for 10 hours and a friendly face would have been nice. Same thing happened when went back early to unload and return our truck. Just not a welcoming place
Kyle M | Primeras impresionesEvery 6 months they kept raising my unit rent
Steven C | Experiencia generalI checked out of the unit on Sunday August 16 at about 10 AM. There was no one on site although is was during posted business hours. I called was told I’d receive an email confirming that my unit had been moved out but never received it. Call back again today to confirm. Still have not received a final confirmation from anyone.
Timothy H | Experiencia generalTodo perfecto
IRMA Z | Experiencia generalWhen it came time for me to move away from CO, Patricia was outstandingly helpful with the rental procedure, delivery of the box van, and very patient in detailing the steps to return the rental. I would highly recommend the Mead, CO facility and its entire staff.
Steve k | Experiencia generalMark and Patricia were so very helpful from the first time I arrived to when we finished unloading at the storage unit. I did customer service for 30 years and it is rare to find people so service-oriented. I will recommend this place to my friends and use again if the need comes up.
Therese H | Primeras impresionesPatty is awesome; she works very hard to make everyone experience a great one. Please give her a raise immediately!
