I felt the staff and the safety of my stuff was above average unfortunately I lost my unit after having it for three years and I never received an email or an update of when my storage was wind and auctioned off I lost everything but a box of pictures were returned to me and I’m very thankful for that I just wish they were better communication between the both of us
