Maybe, a little more in-store help. I don't know how staffed you are, but I did wait a good 10 minutes when I went on to puck-up the truck. It was a ghost town. The UPS man told me they were out back. I was in no hurry, just thought someone should be minding the store.

The truck was unsafe to drive bouncing all over the highway something wrong with the front end and steering out of alignment and end of the day the engine won't shut off the key will not turn to the off position.

In the beginning, everything was going well. Then my check out was delayed because of the General Manager teaching a new employee. I really didn't mind that, but it was taking a bit of time and I was on a deadline to get the vehicle back, they had rented the vehicle. When returned to the depot, I had things that I needed to transfer into my car. As I was transferring several items to my car one of your employees came up to ask me if I was returning the truck. I told her, yes, and then she stated that I needed to park the truck in the returns lanes. Now, this would not have been a problem if she didn't have an attitude about it. I told her that I was transferring items to my vehicle and when I was done I would do that. She was watching me transfer items and that was another reason I was not happy. So after cleaning out the truck I parked the vehicle in the return lane and went inside to check out. The time it took me to check the vehicle in was over 45 minutes. There were a few people waiting to be checked in or out. One woman asked the associate what happened to the other associate who was helping her. The same associate went out to check the condition of the truck I was returning. She asked me about one of the dolly's that I was supposed to be giving with the rental, which I didn't. The associate had to call the original person that checked me out to find out what happened. She went into an office to make the call and it took over 15 minutes to get that information. Then I found out I was overcharged for items. The associate that was taking care of me could not correct this so I had to wait for another associate to fix the problem. They did fix the problem, but the amount of time that it took to check me in and fix this was way too long. My time is just as valuable as your associates time. I was on a deadline and I was late to pick up equipment that I needed. Now I have to wait until I return home next week to pick this equipment up. I am not happy with the level of customer service and the associate's negative attitude when I returned the truck.

There was not enough personnel working (only 1 at the counter) and the wait was incredible. I am not certain why around the 1st of the month you don't have more counter personnel to assist with check-in, check-out, etc...

Ensure that the team follow standard practice. Arrived at the site no available storage, told that because there was only one unit left they could not provide the free month of storage, so my choice was to buy two units. The stipulations for free storage is not indicated anywhere in the documents that I signed, I would not have rented for uhaul if this had been clearly stated in the beginning. The uhaul team give me the impression that things are made up on the spot based on what is convenient for that location. Poor experience.

And I found out my truck I ordered a month was actually there because someone accidentally dropped it off in the wrong location that was only reason my truck was there I like the location sight is very nice and clean hard to get any Service

The trailer I reserved and pre checked in was not there when i arrived to pick it up. They tried calling the person who had it to no avail. They had no suitable alternative until someone with that size trailer just so happened to pull in for a return. This was 40 minutes after my reservation time. They really didn't resolve the issue, more so lucked out that another customer returned what i needed. I read that you guarantee the reservations. Did not happen for me. This was frustrating. I did everything I could to get in and out quickly as my husband had gotten off work at 630 am and was waiting for me to arrive with trailer and was still an hour away. Very unhappy with the situation.

We waited in line for almost an hour having reserved a dolly ahead of time. The first dolly did not work, tried to blame my truck. Finally an hour and a half after I arrived I am on my way. Brought it back was told to drop it off and wait, half an hour later I went back and was asked if any one showed up - nope- the guy took my information and sent me on my way. Process takes too long with the limited staff
