Only issue with the storage is that the drain in our row was not clearing water so if there was a storm there was water completely covering our row. This should be addressed by the owner as the worker at the location was very aware of the situation and had told us that the owner was informed.

Henry R | ReservationI moved out of my unit as of December 31st. I received confirmation email of moved out as of January 4, 2022. A balance of $0 was due, but yet the storage unit still took auto withdraw out for the month of January and will not return payment to me. The office claimed I had to give a 30 day notice even though I was told as long as I was out by the 5th of the month, there would be no charge. Now they have rented my unit out… and still won’t give me my payment back. If the 30 day notice was your business policy, that is my unit until January 31st, 2022 and cannot be rented out to another customer. I request my payment to be refunded immediately.

Gloria S | Overall ExperienceThe office staff was always very friendly and helpful as they could be. The off site manager isn't so pleasant. And cares nothing about the person(s) renting the units, will suck you up for every penny she can get out of you. Was there 5 or 6 years, at one point found my storage to be leaking from the roof. She didn't compensate me for any of the laundry that needed to be done due to the leak in the roof, I did about 12 loads of laundry but that didn't matter to her she continued to charge me and charge me late fees and whatever the other free fee she could get me on. The staff is great on site and it is clean and well lit just check your units regularly to make sure they're not leaking during rainy season.
