Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe office was unmanned with a phone number that I called repeatedly that no one answered. It was a tiny little parking lot that the U-Haul truck barely even fit into. I spent 35 minutes calling the drop off location. Sign on the door said wait 15 minutes if no one is here. I finally dropped it off using the mobile drop off app not what I planned.
Matt WI just dropped off. The staff took the truck off my hands and was very polite. Thank you again for a smooth and easy return.
Larry YGreat customer service and did everything without me asking. Highly recommend
DARRYL JThere was a little over a 1/4 tank of gas, the girl at the desk was overwhelmed with 2 people in line, there is no place to park, she told me twice she was going to pull the truck out for us, then just handed us the keys to get it out ourselves, she needed to hit the button to open the gate to let us out and she forgot so we had to go back in for a 3rd time before she remembered. She said she was off at 4, so we brought the truck back at 3:50 pm and doors were locked and she was already gone. Will drive further to McHenry next time
