Had rented a u haul and storage. Couldn't return truck because could access storage unit system down. Had to go to different location then planned. Higher prices man was rude. VERY DISAPPOINTED HAVE USED UHAUL MANY TIMES WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...

Dirty unit, was told there would be a lock on the door when I got there and there wasn’t. Unit was blocked by a U-Haul van when I first got there. Overall is fine for short storage, but certainly not what I was expecting and I don’t think worth the price per month that the unit costs.

The first day l put my treasures in your storage area It was In the winter and it was so toasty warm in your facility . The day I took everything out it was A hot Muggy summer day n the storage area was so cool n refreshing. Thank you For securing my valuables for almost 3 years!!!

This was a great experience. The staff was amazing and helpful and when we realized the storage space we originally chose would be too small, they were very courteous in helping change it to a bigger size.
