This is the first time renting a stirage unit and I am hapoy with the decision to do it. I have had no luck, however, with your website and feel it could use a lot of improvement to make it mire useable.
MICHAEL S | First ImpressionsThe kept changing things without telling tenants like checking in. It used to be you had to enter the code before the garage door then they changed it to where you had to enter the code before the sliding doors to the units but even if you didn't enter a code the doors still opened. One time I was there i went to my unit and got my car loaded, they called me after I was done and told me I had to check in. I told them that they never notified me of the new process. Plus if someone was breaking into a storage unit, they would get what they wanted and gone before anyone there noticed and called. The girl that works there is also not friendly and rude. When she called to let me know I had to check in, she was unhelpful when I asked what the process was. Not good oversight at all with unhelpful employees. Another thing that changed was the locks. I purchased a lock from uhaul and after two years renting they said it needed to be a different lock. I told the girl I bought the lock from them. All she said was ya there is a policy for the type of lock but never enforced it until now. She said I had to switch my lock out that I bought from them.

CHRISTINE P | First ImpressionsI have very much appreciated being able to secure various storage units in recent years at the Warner Park U-Haul location. They have an excellent selection of boxes and other helpful items that can be useful for moving & storage. They have an efficient data base and accounting system. I'm sure it is a challenge to keep such a large facility in good order 100% of the time; I would say it was only once or twice that I felt like attention was needed to empty trash. The ability load & unload inside a spacious loading "dock" area is a huge plus! Congratulations to all involved with administering this location.
