Looks like the driver side mirror had been repaired with hotmelt glue, so I decided not to apply pressure to adjust it. Wasn't a big problem. I just had to lean forward a bit to use it. I would suggest a more permanent repair. Otherwise everything was great. GraciasRAYMOND S.

This location and service was stellar. i tried to rent from another location using the electronic, touchless app. It was terrible. It did not allow me to do any of the needed work until I was at the location. The app should allow you to upload passport and license, set alt contact info etc, BEFORE you get to the location. If the verification was instant, it would be less of a hassel, but I was forced to wait "for a representative to contact your alternate" which NEVER happened. I could have completed this process weeks in advance, but it was never stated anywhere convenient that this info was required. The location that I rented from of course had a single attendant and 15+ people in line. This system could have worked very well, but instead caused me to lose nearly 2 hours, thinking the process would be easy. Simple changes could make this a much better process - allow document and verification BEFORE the app requires you to be on site. - allow instant verification. - have an automated call or text robot to verify alt contact.ANTHONY B.

The thing you could do is wire the harness correctly. The connection at the battery is very loose. It appears the terminal was drilled into and now the terminal is not connecting. I had absolutely no power when I tried to leave the facility. The staff told us they had to jump it to get the vehicle out of the garage, so we'd just have to jump it for me to get it home. Really? After many heated words where one staff was very belligerent and the management representative was lackadaisical we decided to jump the vehicle and return the next day. With the jump, the vehicle started immediately - no dead battery would do that. On the drive home my dash repeatedly lit up with a 4WD message, an uphill assist message, an ABS icon, a brake icon, etc. code. Before we left the facility my brother-in-law told the staff the wiring is wrong, but was argued with. Now my car sits at my sisters house, I am unable to start it or lock the vehicle. Why do you people do this? I paid you $450 in good faith. All I want is a properly installed hitch. There was absolutely no reason to use the battery as power, running the wiring under the vehicle. Power for the lights should come from the power already at the back of the vehicle. I do not live in the area, will be returning to my home tomorrow. Please help me get this corrected in short order.Dawn T.

The pickup location was changed 1 week prior without my confirmation. I didn't realize the change until I was half way to the previous pickup location. Had to pull over with family and reach costumer service because the new pick up location was to close before my arrival. Took up about 1.5 hours of our precious move time after work. Please send clear text messages stating "CHANGE to pickup location". As of now I will look elsewhere for a moving truck rental for next time and avoid U-haulManford K.

The online check-in process was a nightmare. It took several tries to load the site. Verification steps like taking a picture of my driver's license should have been done when I made the reservation, not in the U-Haul parking lot. One of the steps required a second contact. The site kept rejecting my attempts to enter a friend's phone number with no reason given. I had to contact support for them to verify my friend's number. Next time, I'll wait in line. It'll probably take the same amount of time and will be less frustrating.Michael D.

Something to mention to customers- the truck bed doesn't lock. I would recommend offering a lock with the truck rental because we were left scrambling in the middle of the night trying to figure out a way to make sure our belongings were secure and safe after we filled the truck and found out we couldn't lock out belongings up.Stephen H.

We rented a 26 ft truck for long distance (WI to AR) They tried to send us down the road with a huge truck, which we would have loaded full, with bad tires. Thank goodness we notice the danger before we left. However!!, we ended up having to take a 20 ft truck which did not meet our needs. The twenty foot truck was in good condition and clean, just not what we needed. Now we are left trying to figure out how to transport the rest of our belongings.BELINDA S.

Location and van were great. Mobile app did not work well. Took 20 minutes of trying to get a second party authorization that I was there to pick up my van. It was clunky and I will never use again - and may not use you again because it was so clunky and a huge waste of time.Mark W.

The vehicle had a strange smell to it. It was dirty, with dirt all over both floor mats and dirt and debris in the bed of the van. I did let employees know this as well as putting it in the checklist.SARAH H.
Nothing bad to say about the location. We used it as a drop off point for our truck. Was a little upset that we were up charged more for extra miles driven above 30 miles, which we were unaware of. The truck was only used for 8-9 hours and used to travel across town twice.DASAN Y.

I booked two weeks in advance. This review is for the Warner Park location. I show up exactly as planned and am told they have 0 units. Planning a move is difficult and stressful. If you are able to book a unit online it should be available. Or call me. You can't even call the location.
