My experience with U-Haul was terrible and I won’t use or recommend the facility again. When I first reserved my unit I found out that the GM at the location gave it away and when I arrived there to store my furniture the staff had to find units since the largest unit I had reserved was given away. I ended up needing 3 smaller units and was told that I would only be charged for one for the inconvenience. Just about every time I needed to access one of the units it was blocked by the renter above my unit as he was living in his storage unit. I would have to go back and forth to the office to have someone to speak with him because I didn’t want to interact with him after the 1st encounter. When it was time to pay for my rental units the GM and staff charged me and expected me to pay for all 3 units and were rude about honoring their own rate promised to me for inconveniences that they made. I had to call a corporate manager to get the rate promised. When it was time for me to move my things out of the units, the truck my mom had reserved was not there and we had to drive to another location to get a truck to use. I will never forget the experience and will never use them again.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulSuch an amazing attitude and accommodating to the highest degree. They made the experience easy and painless and even took care of our truck and dolly return! Highly recommend. They try to do their best about the bugs and that’s what I can hope for.
