The gas in the truck was marked differently than on paper. Driver notified person who checked him out prior to getting the rruck. She stated that she was going to change it in the computer, however, she did not. Now I am being charged an extra fee for the truck not being filled to the false information that was placed on the paper.

The service was horrible,my appointment was at 10am when I got there, the clerk advise that the person who had rented my truck hadnt brought it back yet. Given the fact the store manager had called me prior to ask f i would like to pick up at a closer location im Gray Ga. Advised I had to come that way anyway so I would just use the gray hwy location. Never did she mention there was no truck. While there oli asked the clerk about the big truck that was just sitting there , h e advised that was somebody truck who was SUPPOSE to pick up at 8 AM. I was like its 10:30 it should be a cut off time especially if people are waiting now. Called store manager to speak with clerk about me getting that truck, so she did approve it. Go to give the clerk my $100 since i was doing a cash deposit, he tells me they aint got a draw. I was like well i guess i will use my card. Soon as the payment go through the system shutdown its about 11am now. Then in walks the store manager from grabbing another truck for another customer who had been waiting since 7am. The clerk tells her it wont print out my cntract. So she says they have to try and do it again. Asked her would i get charged twice since one payment had went through. I showed her my mobile app bank statement . So just as she processed it another $57 came off. Rode off the lot, they had it on the paperwork the fuel Guage was at half a tank, it WASNT ,sent the manager a photo she adv she would adjust it. She assured me the $57 it would come back 3-5 budiness days. Well after i returned the veh they adv my new total was $100 the guy that checked the truck back in adv thst it was the 2 charges together. But they adv i had went 60 miles so i guess thats why it said$100. But now that i have return uhual is still trying to take $47.67 from me

The original location for the truck to be dropped off in Macon was 1064 Pio Nono Avenue Macon Georgia. This place was fenced and locked. After been on the phone for 30 plus minutes with Uhaul was able to change the location to Gray Pl location. Very very disappointed.

The return site had a power outage when we arrived on time to return truck. So we drove 5 miles to the next site. They wanted to charge us a "not the right drop-off location" fee and I refused. Power outage is an act of God, not me. I was on time and following directions. At least the worker did not argue with me. Glad this experience is over!!!

Lower your prices. I paid almost $400 for a trailer hitch and installation. I misunderstood and thought that price Included the trailer rental. Also, the uhaul site said my car could pull a bigger trailer, which is the only reason I got the hitch. The staff said I would drop my tranny within 1/2 mile if I pulled the bigger trailer your website recommend. So I feel completely ripped off all the way around. I will not be renting from uhaul again.

It seems to me that Uhaul needs to revisit some of the restrictions and recommendations placed on your car trailer load capacities. Your corporate weight capacities, for car hauler trailers are drastically underrated. Also, your computer shows that I could haul a 1971 Dodge Dart on your trailer, but not a 1968 GMC 1/2 ton pick up ( for example), yet they are both approximately the same size (Length and width) and weight. I doubt you will make any changes based on my account, but it is something you might review, to better serve the public.

The setup was simple! Ordered online. Picked up the trailer. Returned it this morning - while I was inside one of the guys unhooked the trailer and moved it. I wish I had everyone's name because they were wonderful

We swept out the truck right before taking it back, they still tried to charge us a $25 cleaning fee. after discussing it with them, they agreed to refund it. 3 days later and an email to the GM, we still have not received the refund.

Require your sales staff to advise reserving customers that ,that particular location does not have particular rental equipment available so they can plan thier trip accordingly. Your sales ethics SUCKS. U HAUL HAS A LOW RECOMMENDATION ON RESERVATION SALES FROM ME. POOR SALES ETHICS AT THE CORPORATE LEVEL.

Need to improve on controlling the entrance and exit traffic flow. We had to wait an additional 5 minutes when we were trying to leave because of a U-haul rental truck, that being rented by another customer, was blocking the exit. So it created a traffic jam with us and three other cars.
