Everything was great, and the employees were friendly and helpful. One way to improve would be to have more staff on busy days (like 1st of the month when lots of people need moving trucks). Other than the long wait, I couldn’t have been more please with the experience. Again, the two men working were superb.

The two young man that was working Was polite and had great customer service but it's wasn't good to leave a customer go check In a truck and clean the wait time would be a lot shorter for customer if there was three people there instead of two

I paid 50 for reservation i went to get the truck at the time i reserved it at on vineville ave and they were closed i went to gray hwy they wouldn't help me they sent me back say i need to log in over there i just want my money back i reserved 6 hours i didnt get a truck till 230 and i had to have it back by 6

The maintenance issue does not seem to have been the location's issue. It was unavoidable, but to get someone to address the loss of power was difficult to say the least. The call to customer service to get roadside assistance was dismal at best.

I called 1-800-go-uhaul to schedule a truck and dolly for 5-19-2018 and received an email, text and phone message with instructions to go to 2109 Ingleside Ave in Macon, GA. The email did not list a phone number. I arrived at 10AM to pick up the truck I rented only to find a sign on the door. I took a picture of the sign, it read "Sorry we missed you! We apologize for any inconvenience, We are either in a meeting or working out in the field...." There was another couple also there to pick up a scheduled truck. When I called the number left on the sign, a male answered stating he was in Alabama and doesn't have any dollies. But then he said he would be there in 15 minutes. That is absolutely unacceptable! I had movers scheduled and was on a strict timeline for my move. I called the 800 number again while at the Ingleside location (and requested a copy of that conversation). My reservation was transferred, I was given a larger truck at the same price as the 15' truck originally scheduled. Additionally I was told that $50 would be taken off of my bill. At the new site on Gray Hwy in Macon, GA I was told that I had to contact 1-800-go-uhaul in order to get that discount since it was Customer Service who promised me that and they would not be able to apply any discount at that time. I have tried to contact Customer Service at 1-800-go-uhaul and I have been on hold so long that I could not wait. I would like to be contacted regarding the $50 discount that was promised to me for my inconvenience. I also did not receive a copy of that conversation as requested during the phone call made on 5-19-2018 which would confirm the $50.

Never had any out of the ordinary issues (truck wise) with this location. However, they need more help at the counter because wait times can be long, especially on the weekends.

It was my first experience with u haul and I was very pleased. I wish I had gotten the young man’s name at the Gray Highway store. He was awesome and so helpful. He was an African American man with long dreads. He was so friendly! He appears to be a great young man and you should be proud you hired him.

The representative that handled my reservation was so rude for no reason he was also rude to the gentlemen that were before me just sarcastic rude no respect for the customer the representative when I came to drop off the truck was not very friendly he didn't say hello he walked out to check the truck and just didn't say anything definitely will not use this location again
