CRAIG M | Overall ExperienceI ATTEMPTED to rent a u it from this location on 7/22. I accessed their information thru the Uhaul app as a trusted affiliate. Made a reservation. Got to the facility as it stated online office hours were 7am-7pm on Saturdays. No one was at facility. They didn’t even have an office that I could find and we called between 3 of us over 20 times. It rang, answered by a machine, placed on hold then immediately disconnected. After over an hour they finally called back but we found a different location not thru uhaul which actually ended up costing us way more money. Do NOT recommend.

Alvin B | Overall ExperienceThe Smd Self Storage in Gray, GA was excellent. If I ever plan to move or need to store items in a storage, I will definitely use them again. The staff, especially Britnie, was helpful when I moving items in as well as moving items out into my new place. Everything seem to be secure and well in place. I never had a bad experience and would recommend anyone checking out to Smd Self Storage in Gray, Ga. They definitely beat out the prices in Macon.
CHARITY R | Overall ExperienceThe day of move out I had water damage on my belongings and boxes of important paperwork soaked with what seemed to be bad leak somewhere that had not happened before until now Paperwork ruined and other new things still in new boxes soaked and thankfully not damaged Other boxes were wet that had other belongings in them and the boxes just collapsed when you picked them up I mentioned this to the Lady on Monday and she apologized and said she would tell the owner and that the owner would reach up to me but as of today 4 days later I haven’t heard nothing so guess she or him doesn’t care Thx

Terry C | Overall ExperienceMy unit was at the very back of the property and given the winter time and getting dark early, once the sun went down it was very dark in the back trying to load and unload items. The only lights that put out good light are on the street. There are a couple of motion sensor fixtures on the back in the middle building but they do not cast out
