I went into the location and picked up my truck without any delays. However there was a lady inside with a very big attitude, she had a name tag that states she was the owner, if I’m not mistaken her last name was Candice Lovelace. This really upset me because I asked her what did I do for her to be so nasty without any response. The young lady who checked me out was the complete opposite. She was friendly, funny, and made the experience much better. One thing about customer service is an attitude can determine your whole experience. Would I recommend this store again, ONLY if the young lady who was there was in charge otherwise try one of the neighborhood dealers.

When I made the reservation online, the location I chose was closer to my house and at a specific time. When I arrived, they had no record of my reservation and had very poor customer service skills and was told to call the Gray Hwy location. When I did, the call wait time was over 20 mins, so we just drove there. At the Gray Hwy location, the staff was knowledgeable and did have a truck for me. The experience itself with U-Haul has not been ideal.

The truck had some damage on the exterior that made me EXTREMELY uneasy driving it. When I spoke to a manager if I could switch vehicles, she simply replied that the truck was still drive-able. It did not instill confidence in me and I do not think I will be working with uhaul during my next move.

Reserved at another location and the truck wasn't there so I had to go to another location and paid more for the mileage that I originally had added up very very poor service

This is the second time you are screwed up my reservation and sent me on a wild goose chase for a trailer. Horrible service and even worse organizational skills. Probably will not use the U-Haul again ever in the future. Every time I have used them it has cost me hundreds of dollars in losses

When I came in to pick up the truck I stood in the main customer area for almost 10 minutes before anyone showed up. The truck they gave me sounded like the transmission could give out at any moment.

I used the company to move and I was suppose to have it at a certain time... they only had one person working so I got the truck an hour and a half later. My time to return the truck was still ticking as well. After I saw I wasnt going to be finish with the truck by the return time I called to get more time. The lady I spoke with told me I could return it the next day no charge. Today I returned the truck back 15 mins late due to having to get gas and traffic was horrible always is in that area and I was charged for two days any. The representative working which her name is Tiffang Holland was very and still charged me for two days even after I told her I was only suppose to be charged for one day. I was told I should expect a call from the company and have not yet. That was an extra $50 dollars taken from please if you can help me. Thanks in advance, Keneshia Morgan

Get a manager that have people skills and that know how to accommodate their customers when the mistake is their part. Instead of catching an attitude and try send you to storage unit somewhere as that's not even compatible. General Manager: Tiffany have horrible people skills.

Location is OK. A semi-truck backed in behind return lane, so it got interesting. UHaul personal and myself moved trailers to let me out because I wasn’t sitting around. Good folks!

I called in and stated I was going to be late they said that was fine I can bring it it back the next day that was fine but when I bring the equipment back I get charged an extra day but no one mentioned it when I called in that should have been told to when I called in

My receipt was not finalize next day as i was told. After calling all day monday with no answer i finally get someone from this location Tuesday who advises that even though uhaul has a hold on my funds its my bank that has the hold. Staff does not have a full understanding of the process of releasing the hold on my funds!

Busy morning there and the guy who checked me in was very friendly. There were slow computer issues that slowed things up. The female who checked us in upon return was somewhat rude.

Be upfront with the cost of all the equipment. Don’t quote one price on a reservation and then when you arrive to pick up the equipment you get a big increase in price. Not fair to the paying customer at all.

You need to start with the call center all the way to the owner and sales representative. They all need to be TRAINED and TAUGHT how to do business. I don’t EVEN KNOW the person on this contract, My name is How do I know I’m bill correctly. I had a truck that made a whistle sound the entire time the truck was driven, I didn’t put gas back in truck because I thought the truck may have blown up, I only made one trip to get furniture. I tried to extend my contract I couldn’t. I still have a room of furniture. I thank God he allowed me to get some of my furniture to location safely. Then to find out that I had to pay cost of broken plastic clip attached to puller. Just so many problems. As I was delivering truck back earlier than expected the day of. Owner yells to. me” DON’T PUT THAT TRUCK THERE!!!!!!!!!!!! I just thank God that I apologized for even renting the U-HAUL. Won’t go back to U-Haul and I’ve already told other folks and church folks to run from UNPROFESSIONAL U-HAUL FOLKS, on Gray HWY, MACON, Ga

1. Do not encourage people to pick up using phone. The live chat is useless. Would not accept payment. 2. Be more organized, after going inside to complete checkout' which my payment method was accepted after going inside but they couldn't locate the keys for the truck. 3. One of the side panels was caved in and the clerk told me they was aware of the damage but there was no x marking it and he seamed to be upset when I asked him to mark it. 4. The whole process took almost 2 hours which is way too long. If your moving time is valuable so you don't have that kind of time to waste while waiting on a company to get their stuff together.

To improve have more staff available to accommodate more customers so ppl will not have to wait in line for long periods of time. Also empolyees should be trained better to assist. I ended up being there that day for at least 2 1/2 hours. That was too long waiting to get checked out and get storage especially if ive already reserved my space and truck. Experience for me was very poor.

The windows were dirty on the truck, hard to see through. The experience singing up for the 24/7 APP was horrendous. I got to the point on the website where it asked for a verification code that had been emailed to me. The email never came. We tried again at the retail location and it still would not work. It kept taking me in circles.
