My original reservation was somehow put under my EX-HUSBAND’s name and phone number!! It had to be canceled out and a new one made. Took an additional 30 minutes while my help stood waiting to start unloading my possessions.

NANCY C | Experiencia generalThe mgr even sent us out a cold sprite for the 3 of us, after my husband had asked if they had any cups. She really went above and beyond
John J | Primeras impresionesTop grade customer service. Very helpful and courteous.
WILLIAM S | Primeras impresionesI ordered an outside unit 1st floor online then when I arrived it was a second floor unit. Unit was supposed to come with a lock which the employee said was in the unit. Lock was not in unit. So the employee rented me an outside unit same size and stated there should be a lock in the unit. There was no lock in the unit which caused another trip to the office. Employee was nice and pleasant.
Gary M | Mudanza en líneaYes everything was in order, the staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Marion V | Experiencia generalThe lady manager was very professional and kind. I like this place.
Ronald B | Primeras impresionesIt was too high and I wasn't ever able to get anyone in the office to answer the phone. I paid 179 for a non climate controlled storage space. The late fee was almost $40. I have called and left a message for the manager. I did not get a call back. I was told my account was taken off auto draft. It has not been. I can say the people who worked in the office were very pleasant when they were available.
