The outside storage units were not lit, and the unit was overpriced for what I had to continuously deal with. The “access cards” and cards swipes were way too finicky and unreliable.

Very dark inside the hallways and no lighting in the unit. Did not realize until I showed up with a full truck that I got an inside unit. Very inconvenient. Asked if I could switch to an outside unit and was told that there were none available. I have to own part of it as I should have investigated the facility. I feel like Uhaul could make that a little more clear to avoid this problem.
