Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulEveryone was helpful and kind. Thank you for your service.
Joanne S | Experiencia generalEven though this was short term, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the store was very clean.
Michael T | Experiencia generalGreat facility, Very clean and very helpful,
MARCUS W | Experiencia generalAmazing customer service. Initially thought it was on the spendy side, but they offered a month free, which was all I needed. I paid for a month and they refunded it to me as I had all my stuff out in time. Will Definitely be using them again in the future. Extremely easy access as well.
Anthony D | Experiencia generalEveryone from the GM Mackenzie to the entire rest of the staff I had interactions with were great. All were pleasant, informative, and helpful. 5 stars for this crew and location!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ace C | Experiencia generalWe were help by the manager at the kelso/lonview location. She was juat amazing. Give her a raise and more locations to manage!!!!
Samuel R | Primeras impresionesEmployee was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She made everything easy and showed me how to work the ramp. I was able to get a small storage unit free for a month while I sorted through my belongings, as I was downsizing to a smaller apartment.
Kayli C | Primeras impresionesBeing able to use the one month of free storage with my truck rental was a huge blessing during a stressful time. So grateful. Thank you.
