My unit was infested with roaches to which I was told that I needed to be the one to take care of the issue though it wasn't my issue. Also, 2 dead rodents laid dead in my aisle for days w/o cleanup.

The storage was Full of mice droppings and pee as were all of my things. Everything had to be throughly cleaned or discarded. The units are made of plywood giving access to the surrounding units.

The staff was friendly; however the storage I has was not clean or maintained. When I moved out I had items damaged by rats and there was a live lizard on the wall.
