I would especially like to give special recognition to Corey. He was so kind and courteous and most professional. He was helpful when needed and answered any all questions that I had. Thanks U-Haul for great equipment and great service.

I went inside the store and worked with manager Cory and stated to him with several witnesses that I wasn''t interested in the 14.00 or 28.00 insurance on the truck. I stated that several times and marked "No" on the computer and charged me for a dolly that I didn't get prior to leaving the store and stated he would remove it within the 4 hour rental. I returned and manager was off and had those charges on my bill. I nice guy was there and attempted to assist me. He was also present when I ordered the truck. He called the manager Cory about refunding the 14.00 for insurance I did not ask for along with the dolly charge. Although the manger made the error and didn't explain the closing process but instead just kept repeating to me to push accept on the pad. This allowed possible errors or fraud and refused to refund my 14.00. This Is unacceptable and I will use budget or Penske going forward. He would rather lose a customer than admit his error and lack of explaining the process then refund my money!

I was charged 100$ according to my bank statement. The black guy at the desk is trying to argue with me that I was not charged 100$ even though my bank statement shows I was charged 100$ Which is not the correct amount. The 100$ was suppose to have been a holding fee, not an actual charge.

Anthony was very kind, helpful and professional in handling all of the details with the drop off and making sure I understood all of the charges. Corey welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. Corey was also kind, helpful and professional. When my emailed receipt for the drop off was delayed due to my phone service, he printed a copy for me so I could take it with me before I left the location. These two gentlemen provided the best customer service I experienced on my visit to Little Rock. I expect to use Uhaul again later this year and definitely plan to make this location my drop-off point during my next visit. Thank you Anthony and Corey!

This has been by far THE BEST customer service experience with uhaul the Colonial Glenn location. I have not used Uhaul in over 10 years!!! I had a HORRIBLE experience with Hannah Oliver at the Kani location, she stole my envelope that contained $450. Joe Schoen refused to believe it was true. But it happened just hard cold facts. Nevertheless, Cory was amazing! He was super accommodating and very efficient. Genuine caring tone and demeanor. return was simple and easy with the agent that assisted me, he was very personable and professional. Overall excellent experience and I would GLADLY offer repeat business and recommend u haul to friends and family based on this specific interaction. The only thing that would be sugar on top would be to have my $450 returned after 10 long years! Thanks guys you are the best!

We had the truck for 24 hrs, drove 160 miles. The out side temperature was 99 Fahrenheit and the AC didn't work during our entire trip. We did notify the Uhual representative by calling and upon returning the truck as well about the issue, Hopefully some one will look into it.
