I had my unit there since 2013, when I relocated back to New York. In coming back 8 years later my climate control unit preserved my record albums, photo albums, and other personal items I was ecstatic, happy. The staff was excellent very friendly very nice very accommodating the only complaint, if you would call it that, that I would have is that the unit itself did not have a light inside of the unit. I reserved my truck and a dolly online. When I arrived, they didn't have a dolly available. The rep was very professional and apologetic when my husband got irritated. When we got in the truck and on the interstate we were facing the sun. The window was so dirty, mainly on the inside, that it was extremely difficult to see. We had to find a service station to clean the outside because the wiper fluid reservoir was empty. We had nothing to clean the inside so it was returned as we got it, with a filthy windshield.RICHARD W.

I had to put $160 down on a $29.99 truck! That is a shame! A deposit was not necessary if the customer buys insurance! When someone MOVE they DON'T need the Uhaul company TAKING advantage of THEM! My reciete said i was charge $160. My account says $184 was actually charged! David Womack STATED had i told him i knew a certain person, THEN... Then what? I would NOT have been excessively CHARGED? This site saved the day. Had a reservation at Kanis, confirmed pickup 45 min prior, arrived to discover they didn't have equipment. Had to go to Col Glenn to pick up trailer. Kanis was courteous & helpful, but not notifying me or automatically arranging a substitution was a significant delay on an already tight day.carl K.

I am frustrated because of the lack of coordination from the time of requesting service to the time of pick up. I had initially requested the Baseline location as it is near my departure home. I then received a call that at Baseline they did not have the truck and that I had to go to the Col Glen location. Then, I get another call that the truck is not at the Col Glen location and instead I had to drive to the Kanis Rd location. The day of pick up, I called the Kanis location and they tell me they did not have the truck but that it was indeed at the Col Glen location. During all this time, when I mentioned that I had requested the truck picked up at the Baseline location and how come the truck could not be driven to the Baseline location for my pick up, the response I got was that the truck did not belong to that location. My frustration emerges with my chasing the truck location. I had requested the truck at the Baseline location well in advance so the truck should have been at that location. Someone should have driven it to THAT location as that was the location I requested. Once I got to the Col Glen location the staff was professional and apologetic for the various mishaps. The owner of the location hitched our trailer incorrectly and caused us numerous problems throughout our trip. We had to stop at another UHaul for assistance where an employee informed us that had we kept driving with this improper hitch our trailer could've potentially separated from our car on the road. Add in that the brake lights went out on the trailer several times and we had to spend over $100 buying stand alone lights, and this has been a very poor experience with UHaul. We will be contacting the corporate office and asking for a full refund.Noah A.

I had some trouble scheduling- I never received a call from anyone to confirm my equipment location and had to track it down myself- but everything else was very good. The app was giving me trouble so the owner helped me get the van checked out. The van was comfortable and clean and performed well under about 7 hours of constant driving on a very hot day. I filled the tank beyond the level I received it just for my own peace of mind and received a good sized credit on my invoice. I saw other equipment being checked by staff and taken offline when they didn't pass checks. That made me feel confident that the equipment would be reliable and it was. I will rent from this location again if I need a van.Max W.

I ordered a 10x10 online, when I arrived I was assigned 2 5x5 units. It was difficult to find the unit. However, I have to commend the guy who answered my call. He directed me to another location who had what I needed! He went the EXTRA MILE working with the agent at the I-30 location to refund my rental immediately. 1. Lighting needs to be put in the individual unit to where a person can see when inside the unit; not the hallway. 2. Get your credit card readers working in the lobby. Every time I paid; I had to give my credit or debit card to the representative; who manually typed my information into his computer, because he said the credit card reader doesn't work. Colonel Glenn is the WORST Uhaul facility in Central AR. Horrendous personnel. NEVER answer the phone; they always let it roll to the national support line where no one EVER helps. Horrendous, dirty facilities. Not sure how/why Uhaul allows them to run a place this way. Facilities in NLR and Benton are FAR superior. Do NOT use Colonel Glenn.Chris H.
