There was always only one person working in there which made coming in a nightmare. I moved out on 09/02 and submitted an online move out form and they still tried to charge me for rent on the 6th and even added a late fee. Every time I called no one would answer and I would be transferred to U-Haul’s customer service line making the mistake take longer to rectify. When it finally was I thought I would receive an email but nope I just had to check the app and see that the charges were gone. No one was exceptionally rude but I wouldn’t do business here again. Also the inside office could use a cleaning and reorganizing. It looks a mess.

Nadia M | Overall ExperienceI am extremely disappointed with the way my storage unit closure was handled. I officially vacated and closed my storage unit on July 10. I followed all of U-Haul’s instructions by completely emptying the unit, taking photos, and uploading them through the app as required. The app stated that the closure would be processed within 24–48 hours. Instead, it took 10 days and multiple phone calls before my account was finally closed today. During those 10 days, I contacted U-Haul several times and was repeatedly told that no one had time to physically verify that my unit was empty. That is not my responsibility. I completed everything that was required of me, and your employees’ inability to complete their part of the process should not have resulted in my account remaining open. Because of this delay, I received multiple delinquency emails, a delinquency letter in the mail, and even a notice sent to my emergency contact. It is completely unacceptable to threaten customers with delinquency when the only reason the account remained open was because staff had not completed the verification process. 7/22/26 I spoke with the manager, Shane, as well as another representative in the office. I was again told they had not had time to verify the unit. Thankfully, the account was finally closed later today, but only after nearly 10 days of unnecessary delays, repeated follow-up calls, and being incorrectly labeled as delinquent. I’m relieved the issue has finally been resolved, but no customer should have to spend 10 days trying to get a storage unit properly closed after following all of the required instructions. This process needs significant improvement.
