The staff was friendly and the location well kept. I would have liked an option to rent an open space for a week instead of the whole month. I ended up paying for three weeks that I didn't use.
This Uhaul and staff helped us numerous times over the years. Always kind and courteous. Easy to reach, always go out of their way to be helpful. Our shop needs meant we had to build a big shop on property in the end but uhaul helped us through a big part of our business growth. I'm sure we'll be by again before long. Great Place 👌
Firstly I was given a reservation for a unit, when I arrived to claim it the unit was given away. Needless to say I was frustrated.

I only have one suggestion. The 6 x 12 trailer I used did not have an easy way to disconnect from my SUV, I broke down 2x on my way back and had to use a floor jack to disconnect so my SUV could be towed. Years ago I had a trailer that had a crank handle that you could disconnect and connect easier. Everything else was great.

All U-haul people have been great. Polite and very helpful. Website can be a handful somtimes but I've muddled through it.The section for hiring moving labor did not work out,would use u-haul again but now I know it's much easier making my own arrangements for two men to help with heavy furniture.
Above and beyond! During the past 2 weeks, I rented 3 cargo trailers and a storage unit. The staff has been great in all parts going above and beyond. We had a few interactions because the place I was moving into was a mess, flooded house, and infested with the tiny roaches who sometimes play dead! After moving from that awful place, I rented the storage unit, and inform them about it. They helped me out with a roach killer bomb. Then we moved to a new place again, and everything well well. I'm definitely using them again for my upcoming needs. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work!
